How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
Unlucky the cat wants their meal that is just out of reach, so it causes trouble by finding things that cause bad luck! Whatever makes them take a bite of that juicy piece of chicken.

Super cute kitty! I wish this was a bit longer, I really enjoyed the dynamic levels!

Too bad it’s so short, it was really fun and also looks great.

Fun idea, exploring an environment to cause bad luck and change the environment. I think this concept could benefit from adding puzzles or more controlled manipulation of the environment, as currently it's mostly moving from point A to point B (though finding the unlucky hotspots is still enjoyable).

All the little surfaces in the environment are fun to jump around on, and I like that the credits have collision as well. The art complements this well.

Considering this was made in GB Studio, I wish a ROM file had been included, I would've loved to play it on my SP.

A quick and clever little platformer! I would have enjoyed more of this. Art is very nice, especially the animation on your cat. Great work!

That was cute! It's impressive how much smirk that cat has. Congratulations on the submission!

This Cat caused all this damage for chicken I love it. I like the quirky dialogue in this game to. The mirror mirror line and the one about the 90s was really funny to me. Nice little game you got here.

It's a shame it's so short; I really hoped to see more! The credits are very charming, and the game was fun. Well done!

Cute little game, love the cat causing so much trouble to get his meal.

The end credit was so unexpected! Cute little game and nice sprite work.

Nice game, loved the end credits. No sound though or was it just me?

Did not add sound, sadly. I didn't have a lot of time, life got in the way multiple times next to day time job :)

Lots of fun, would have enjoyed it if it was a bit longer but it felt complete and that’s one of the hardest things to get done in a jam game.

Some music and SFX would have really set it off.

Cool little game, the animations were nice.

It's really impressive that you did this entirely by yourself, plus the gameplay was rlly solid, good job!

Short and sweet little platformer.

It was tough to make the mental connections between the things that I was doing and the events that opened the path further for me.

Super cute graphics and plot line here. I loved how I got to interact with all of the unluckiest things on my way to grab that chicken. It was a great idea to turn the credits scene into a platforming section, too! Thanks for making and sharing your game!
