Nice job on this. The platforming is tough and I had to restart a few times but that actually kept me hooked. Art style looks good and it all feels quite polished. Would be cool to see a few tweaks to make the controls a bit more forgiving. Good entry, very addictive
Thank you so much!! I'm really glad you liked it. I was aiming for something addictive and annoying haha. And don't worry I have a few things I'm going to fix to make the game feel bug-free and better and maybe even adding a few more levels. Also I promise not to leave the dwarf alone down there with his chest.
Nice game, the visuals match well with the gameplay. I just think the character runs a bit too fast, which makes it hard to be precise when jumping (but maybe it's just because I'm not good at platformers xD). Overall, it's a good submission!
Simple on the surface, but it demands precision and quick reflexes! 🎯 Every jump matters — and that’s exactly what makes it so fun and satisfying
Unfortunately, I did fall a lot. However, I have the thunderous thighs of a god and am also immune to spikes so I never died. You have crafted a good jumping off point, just some minor bug fixes to really make it shine. I faced some powerful despair after landing a few well placed jumps before plummeting back to start. Good work :)
Thank you for playing my game ^^ You can fall but you can't die haha. And you're quite right, it's a good "jumping off point" :D I'm planning to fix those bugs in the near future so you can avoid getting stuck in the wall and such. I and also give it a proper ending, it's not fair to leave the dwarf with an unopened chest after all. I also wanted to add a boss at the top and maybe some other enemies to make you fall a bit more :p
Nice little game. It was fairly difficult to control; the player would get stuck on the walls occasionally (probably has to do with the colliders) , and the opening text was hard to read. It could be a nice ragebait game in the future, if that's your goal. Keep up the good work.
I like the idea of your game; the aesthetic is nice and it's a nice challenge.
I would recommend making the colliders a little bigger, as I found it difficult. You could also implement Coyote Time to make the jumps a little easier.
The game has potential! Keep it up!
