Very pleasant game, I enjoyed it! You should try experimenting with sounds, like for jump, collecting coins and such :) For me wall jumping was a bit hard - I’d suggest looking into “coyote time” or “coyote jump”. It’s a tiny detail but makes everything so nice! Again, very good game! I really liked the story - simple and made me want to explore more :) Can’t count how many times have I instinctively pressed Up arrow on doors haha

The game's dialogue and story was funny and interesting. I played through till the end because I wanted to see the end of the story, even if it is a slightly long game for a game jam. The art was also nice. My only issues were with the controls with wall-jumping, it didn't feel right. And also I think you are constantly += gravity to the player's velocity, so when you walk off the edge after a wall you plummet down really fast. Lastly, a full-screen button would've been nice. Nevertheless, the game was great and I enjoyed it.

good old fashioned platformer with appealing, colourful graphics.  I had a little trouble with some of the controls, but that's probably just me.  Never been great at wall jumping, etc.  :-)

I like ice cream. And I like this game! Good job incorporating several assets into a cohesive game. Very fun dialogue, story and vibe. I like that the giant frog village involved a lot of jumping. I wish I could have chosen my ice cream flavor at the end :)

Enjoyed playing this, the level design was good and matched well with the motion of the player. Neat storyline and the character interactions were a nice addition. Music tied in with the environment and vibe too, definitely worth adding it in!

love the vibe of the game, a bit buggy sometimes but very impressive for a solo gamejam entry!
