This game is a lot of fun and truly stands out! The artwork is amazing, and the mechanics are well-crafted. I really enjoyed the challenge it provided. Excellent work!

Like others mentioned, great job on the atmosphere, music and aesthetics of the game and all the accomplishments during this hackathon.

This game really reminds me of some classic PC platformers and has a good potential!

You're doing great! Nice and cute little platformer. It feels nice to play, of course would've loved more content but makes sense since it's a short period of time and you were still learning the engine

super short but nice work. I also started learning godot for this jam, coming from unity, and tried to make a platformer too. Hope you continue learning and flesh the game out once you know more.

Thank you! I don’t have the Unity background so this is my first time coding things like movement. I’m eager to continue on my new Godot journey. This time next year, I’ll be an old pro giving back to the community. :-)

Nice start to a game, looks like its your first jam or game? if so then congrats on getting something submitted thats a big first step. I played it on my youtube and gave some feedback if you want to see it you can here

Developer

Thank you! Not my first jam, but first time with Godot. Thanks so much for posting your playtest and feedback. That was a new and pretty cool experience for me. Take care. :-)

I couldnt even imagine learning a new engine and how much it would take to get comfortable doing a jam with it, nice work.

Cool project for your first time learning godot. I don't think I would be able to jump into a new engine in 10 days like you did good job :)

really short tho lol jk (I mean it is but I get it new engine and all)

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I’m really excited to learn Godot… finally. This project was a great jumpstart. I have tons to learn still. :-)
