nothing but pure support for my coral brethren

These clicker has this crazy magic that don't allow us to get away from them and your game had this feature 😂

Good choice of music and sound effects and the I liked the graphics.

My only complaint is that I think that the submarine has a very large health bar.

One tip: next time, don't forget to put a full screen button cause the game screen was not displayed correctly on my PC (1366x768). Fortunately, the gameplay was not harmed.

Overall a nice game! Good job!

This was so fun! I loved getting to fight off the pollution using my army of vacuum cleaners! 😂

I was so determined to beat that sub I spent around 20 minutes. I had a few close calls that crept up on me but that was so fun!!!

Very fishy 10/10

I started with shrimp and lot of resources, so pollution wont come much and then I start spamming with sharks to smash the heck out of the boat. Pollution started rising so fast that I can't afford cleaning anymore. Fun game, I would reduce pollution effects

Neat presentation.  I agree that the sub felt like it had a lot of health, but overall it's an interesting game.

Relaxing clicker. The graphics are very well done. I felt very good beating the submarine. The text on the top buttons in game could be more readable.

Interesting autoclicker type game, but the gameplay is too bland for how much health the sub has.  All the fish attack in the same way, no benefit to attacking many at once or doing certain combos.

I really enjoyed this game even if it got a little bit tedious and maybe should have taken a little bit less time to beat considering it is a game jam, however, I think the visual style is amazing and the audio fits the game very well. Great execution of a unique idea.

Really satisfying to catch up to the pollution and reduce the green back to clear blue water! I felt like I was about to lose, but then the robot cleaner kicked in and that was really satisfying. Also very satisfying to see my resources exponentially grow. Unfortunately I sent a huge wave of sharks and basically lost instantly. Oops! Gave it another go, and felt like it started out kinda slow. Once you know the strategy, it's pretty straightforward so I wonder what kind of active challenges and variation you could design to make it more engaging?

First I'll say the aesthetics, music, and animation are all amazing. Love the artwork, and the overall design. Even just pressing buttons is satisfying! The sounds are all great, very atmospheric and cohesive. But when I deconstruct the game loop, it's pretty simple - 1 create one robot cleaner, 2) create a massive coral reef, just keep spam clicking till you have massive exponential income, 3) spend massive income on a mix between damage + mitigation. Again, VERY satisfying seeing my income/food skyrocketing, but I also would love to see where this core concept could expand! Maybe it could develop in a direction like some of the more 'advanced' idle games like "Idle Apocalypse" with multiple zones and mechanics to keep track of so there's some variation in the game loop.

I was quite determined to beat this game though, and let my resources accumulate while writing this review... so there is something quite compelling here! You really tapped into the idle clicker formula for sure. But I think it does indicate that the best way to beat it was to *not* play it for a bit and let my resources build up while doing something else. This would be great as a mobile game that continues to play in the background when you close out of it!

Just saw that this is also your first game jam. Amazing work and congrats!!!! I had a great time with it!

Thanks so much for all your feedback!  I really appreciate the suggestions for when I update this after the jam.

What a superior game. Just excellent. I played for almost 30 minutes and was wanting more.

Your idea was superb. The algorithms for the balancing of the pollution and the cleaners is spot on.

You could make money with this game

That's so kind!  Thank you :)

Really nice game was at first bit overwhelming but it did the gist, and I liked it!! Didn't completed it tho cause it took way too long for me.

So maybe give the sub less health cause people wanne play a jamgame for max 5minutes.

The rest was all amazing good visuals and music also good!

Good game. The graphics and music are done very well, but there is a little lack of information on the gameplay (Pollution speed, purification speed).

Great atmosphere!  The music was totally in sink with the theme, and the art really looked great.  I spent more time playing than I thought I would, and once I got the mechanic down, it was an interesting play on the genre.  Very fishy, lots of fun!

Got a bit Tedious, but overall a really cool game! the balance was a bit hard to keep up with early on, but after that first little road bump i had it was pretty simple, good work!

Excellent work. The balance of the game is really well thought and it's quite original and good spirit.

Nice Art! This game looks like it could be a hit indie title if expanded.

Loved it, really feels nostalgic to me, reminds me of an old type of browser game i loved as kid :D

Overall a polished game, especially considering it was made in a week! I loved the art style and liked how whenever I bought something I could actually see it appearing. The only feedback I have is the difficulty curve could use some work in my opinion as the hardest part of the game was the very beginning and then late game I had no reason not to just keep buying money makers before amassing a horde of fish. Great work all around!
