This was a great one. It reminded me of a first person final fantasy for some reason. The music was good, the art and monsters were all great and charming. The combat was fun. The movement was well done but maybe a little slow on the turning, and needs strafing. I did experience a crash on one of the tentacles but eventually made it to the end.

A bit of a cliffhanger there, I hope you keep developing this!

The art and the humor were really good. The level up sound effect reminded me of Dragon Quest (so bonus nostalgia points there!)

Unfortunately once I killed the first tentacle, the game crashed :/

Got to level 5 when in the room with the kraken, haha. Good effort, the moving feels just a little bit too slow when turning, and there appears to be no strafing or moving backward involved.

The characters seem very stereotypical, almost to the point of satire, and if that was the intent then good job with that!

I love the old school Final Fantasy games. Great execution of JRPG style dungeon crawler. The different character classes with different abilities is impelemented very well. The inventory system, automap it has it all. I also liked the artstyle very much. It's too bad that the game crashes when you kill the tentacle, i wanted to beat the game.

In any case,  it's a very solid entry for the jam. Cheers for your great work!

Love the artstyle, the characters, the gameplay - just generally very fun. I like how even the UI is artfully stylized. The minimap is a great WoL thing too. If you add more, I shall return to play it.

I used CheatEngine to prevent Lop from gaining xp past level 4, so here's a full playthrough:

Actually had fun while it lasted. Reminded me of old FF games. Had bit of nostalgia. Love it!

Pretty good implementation of this combat mechanics. Graphics works well. Sound is also good.

What a nice jam entry. It plays very well and has well implemented gameplay systems. Party banter is always nice. The graphics and sound are quite good, too. Good job!

Lovely game. I really like the art and the color palette that have been chosen. Got that pesky Tentacle bug as well ; - ;
