The story of my game is about escaping solitude. I made the rooms dark and narrow to achieve the feeling of solitude.

Nice short but well made game.
It was over fast but I enjoyed it. Nice graphics and movement felt good. Some bugs where a pick up sound plays every time you enter a square which had a bomb in it. Nice with both speech commentary and bombs and destructible walls. Why didn't I think of that? :P
Would be nice to be able to skip the dialogue, at least for the second playthrough. Maybe add a pause menu. On the third level you get into an infinity loop dying if you just leave the computer.
I would say this has a solid base to build on. Some more content and maybe some more mechanics and the options for levels are endless.
It's a pretty good game, with nice atmosphere and movement. My only complaint is the timer runs out too fast, I can't even go to where I want to go or know whether I went to the right way. The voice acting was a nice addition too.
Oh yeah, another bad thing is I can't immediately tell which wall I can bomb since the tile gets dark just 2 tiles ahead of me, so I really need to be right in front of the bombable tile to tell.
This was a neat little crawler! It was short and to the point which I like, and it was neat seeing the mechanics being introduced with each level.
The AI voice acting was nice, though I actually giggled to myself hearing the AI voice say "bomb". It made me think of the "my le bomb, it le killed people?" meme lol.
The movement was nice and snappy, the headbob wasn't headache inducing which is great, though I admit I am more partial to the WASDQE control scheme compared to just WASD.
At first I thought the timer was going to make this game really tedious and frustrating, but I think it worked really well. The levels are small enough you don't get lost, and I found there was always just enough time to complete each one. I would recommend changing it to show seconds remaining rather than percentage though, easier to tell how much time is left.
The only real complaint I have is maybe make spacebar the shoot button, or at least something other than shift. Just to avoid getting the sticky keys prompt on Windows lol. Aside from that maybe make the dialogues between levels skippable, and with shorter pauses between lines.
Overall though I enjoyed this, good work!
Solid graphics and head bobbing that was nice and not headache inducing, snappy movement and nice sounds (especially the bomb explosion). Only the timer, was a bit unforgiving, as I needed a few tries, but cool that this only resets the level and does not lead to a game over. The dialog was interesting and well done, just make it skipable next time. Very nice game!
The artstyle is consistent and atmospheric and the game is pleasant to control and fun to play. Overall this is a cool little game, thanks for sharing.
Short, but not too short. The 'combat' was enjoyable (if only because I am very good at button-mashing), and the atmosphere was quite good (thanks to your choice of music/sfx). The timer was a little wonky, but overall I enjoyed your game.
Here is a recording of my playthrough, for your viewing pleasure:
Great to hear, and thanks for your feedback. I can see you had fun with the combat system😄
Short and cute. I know the voice is AI-generated, but it reminded me somewhat of Cabin in the Woods, especially the protag voice. Movement was good, artstyle and atmosphere was nice. Good thing the timer didn't work because it would've been impossible to complete that fast haha.
I liked the art style and exploration, but long pauses for spoken dialogue felt unnecessary and dragged the game during the first minutes, right when it was supposed to hook the player.
Thanks for the feedback 😁
I liked the simple art style, the blue and darkness gave a cool spooky vibe. Only issue I think was the timer section was a bit unclear, and nothing seemed to happen when the timer hit 0%.
Otherwise a fun little experience. Nice work.
