Upon "Death" the dino's soul leaves his body to then recapture another body.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes I made all the codes and most of the assets, there are a couple exceptions where I repurposed some open source sprites and sound effects.

Super cool twist on the dinosaur game. The mechanic was super cool and the game was super fun to play. You could add a little more polish like the resetting transition but the core concept is super good an unique. It's a super good game for your first jam!

A nice spin on the classic Chrome dinosaur game! it was a bit confusing at the start but its pretty easy to get used it, maybe if you could make the movement smoother it would look nicer? because when i played he was kinda jittering about. but it doesnt break the game or anything. overall its a pretty good game! check out mine if you want!

Good take on a classic while hitting the theme and great for a first gam submission wasn't very good at it but that's just me well done though
The dino was under my merciless control, thus killing it a lot. Seriously though, this game is amazing and addictive as well. The concept is very clever and I loved ghost mode cuz its scary as hell, so i shall beat it one day! The music goes well with the pacing too!

Hard to control in Ghost mode, but that music slaps. Really fun game. Well done looks like someone put some work into it.
this is such a good concept. with a little more polish this could easily be a really cool full release. really enjoyed this! the moment where you die and it transitions to the other mode is so good, great submission all around
