How does you game fit the theme?
It is set in a surreal, black and white world, where two stickmen are waiting for the "real game" to start.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I created everything from scratch except for the songs and the typewriter effects used in the dialogues.

i love how it turns out! but it is not verry fun sorry bro :/
but a nice dialog!
ps: i love your videos they are funny :)
Thanks for playing and for the feedback! :D
It was a cool experience! I was actually watching your videos and ended up here haha
Great to know that the YT channel has brought someone here! Glad you enjoyed the game ;)
Pretty cool idea, Reminds me of a play I like called Waiting For Godot.
Thanks! “Waiting for Godot” was a huge inspiration while making this, so nice catch ;)
This concept is very cool! I couldn't stop this game for a while. I rated it.
Happy that you enjoyed the game! Thanks for playing and for the rating!
Very cool idea! Reminds me of "There is no game"
Glad to hear that! (“There is no game” partially inspired the game, so nice catch!)
Very unique and innovative "game". For this type of games dialogue is everything and I was very pleased to see that with such basic simple dialogue you could express so much meaning. I believe the magic of this game is in how general the dialogue is and as such every player can somehow relate to it, putting different meaning and weight to the dialogue. Now for some simple feedback I found a bug where two dialogue bubbles were shown and you should have the option to use both wasd and keys to move.
Thank you so much!
That’s exactly what I wanted to do with this game: say a lot, with very little, both in terms of dialogues and graphics.
I’m aware of the bug but unfortunately I can’t fix it because I noticed it after the deadline.
Thanks for the precious feedback!
Honestly, what I thought would be a funny little experience turned into an interesting philosophical dialogue that actually had me engaged throughout! I was a bit annoyed I had to keep engaging the talk, but that's actually the point! The only thing that took me out was the "evil" song, when the bg goes red. It just rubbed me the wrong way.
I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the game!
And thanks for the precious feedback, I really appreciate it! :D
Amazing idea!
Glad you liked this!
Interesting concept, but I think I bugged the game by spamming E (it showed 2 dialogues simultaneously).
Yep, unfortunately I noticed the issue after I had already submitted the game so I couldn’t do anything about it :/
Happy to hear you liked the game’s concept!
WTF IS THIS GAME SO BORING BUT GOOD
I know right? Lol
This was a really amazing game. The theme is there, the sounds, the music, the dialogue is great!
If you want some feedback, here's mine: I think you should add WASD as controls to the game, it will be much easier and also change a little bit the camera zoom. When I go to the left my characters gets away from the screen and the camera zooms out pretty much.
Other than that, a really solid entry. Congrats on making it, very well done!
Thanks for the precious feedback!
Glad you enjoyed the game!
I would love to have you playing mine too, if you don't mind of course! ^_^
of course
Extremely unique game, creative way to interpret the theme nicely done, definitely one of my favorites
I'm happy to hear this! Thanks!
Neat idea!
:)
At first I tried to play the game with wasd buttons and as I saw nothing was happening I thought this was a meme game. Just me and the stickman waiting for the game to start and that was a clever, meta breaking and hillarious experience. Then I used the arrow keys and I enjoyed a more clever, more meta breaking and more hillarious game. Amazing!
Great! Now that you made me think about it, I should have put wasd as alternative keys, nonetheless I'm glad you enjoyed the game! :D
i love the story
I liked the storytelling! A very unique story that makes the game stand out! I don't have any feedback for this style of game. I'll check out your channel a bit later too! It seems entertaining!
Happy to hear that! Thanks! :)
You might not believe me but I genuinely mean it when I say this game is almost a 10/10 across the board. At first I saw the stick figures and I was unsure what I was getting myself into but holy hell this game was right up my alley on unique story telling with the simplest mechanics you have at your disposal. I don't wanna say anything that can spoil it to anyone below but I was seriously hooked after the tree moment. Great job and super natural dialogue also!!
Thank you so much! I’m really glad you enjoyed the game! You are very kind, I rate this comment 10/10 lol
