Since my game is infinite, wave based and doesn鈥檛 have complicated graphics I鈥檝e already finished and uploaded. Check it out here!
Devlog 2:
I improved the crafting, made more storage, made a fridge functional, drew a lot of sprites, added a trash can. The game is about making food at a restaurant. It has the theme "Stronger Together" because if you send a food it might get a okay score but if you send a side dish too, you will get double the rating.
made a tile set for a evil castle, made splitscreen that goes away when both players are next to each other which then makes one camera. Added an enemy that detects a player when they are near. Made art for the slimes or players, when the players touch they fuse to be one slime with stronger stats. Arrow that shows where player is shooting from the green slime, the other player or pink slime can only move. Made a ton of progress these first two days. Cant wait to see how my game turns out. Good luck everyone!
My game website is setup for when im ready

Devlog 5:
made some dialogue, did a little messing around with the triggers for said dialogue, messed around with fixing everything so that the webgl export would work, and fixed a small bug involving rigidbody mass being set to 0.
When this topic hits 1500 views I think I'll reveal what the game is about (I might not, don't get mad if I don't)
Devlog 1:
I had an idea that you play as a fly hoping for world dominance, but they are stronger together. So you need to annoy the world and attract more flies to your cause. I'm also thinking that if I have time I might add a random fact about flies so it'll be a bit educational.
I did all of the art but none of the coding yet (using Unity) so here's what the page looks like:
This a small GIF with my game. https://dap2011.itch.io/satellitemadness
I think it's late enough in the jam.
My game is a platformer that will have 10 levels (not like I had a lot of time to make all too many levels, and plus: quality over quantity), but with a twist: There is more of you! You have to use little machines called Terminal to switch between your characters.
Devlog 6:
I finished selling the food, finished languages (Chinese, Danish, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish) and uploaded the game. You can play it here: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/927671
Welp. It's been an entire year. This was really fun and I just realised I missed the 2022.1 jam. But, I, along with a friend or two, have started work on the full version of Blockventures(and for real this time). Just kind of checking if anyone who was here is still active. Posting little devlogs here and seeing other people's progress was awesome.
