Cool game! Though, a little boring, perhaps if their were more stakes - like a big timer or something along those lines. But, overall good job, keep working :)
- thanks :) Big timer and a few other things are available in the "after jam" version on the game page
Played the post jam version, and I must say it's so much better! Changed the rating btw. Good job keep it up :)
Wow great idea with the hull holes. Keep working on it, that can be a really great game with more content.
Nice work :)
I really like the idea and the looks of your game. Keep working on it. I think it could be fun when it has more features :)
The area looks good. Mouse sensitivity was a mistake I made in my own game. Nice work!
First off, let me start by saying, I really like the environment. I think you did a great job and it looks awesome. Secondly, the game is just not as challenging as I would have hoped. It's a bit of a manager game, but with plenty of time and without a real immediate danger of failing. I just kept going and going until I ran out of plates and then my whole ship had holes in it as some point, so that kind of sucked ;) The mechanics that are there work great and I think you implemented everything very professionally, but it's just not very challenging. Maybe adding more chores to do/ things to manage would be a cool solution to this problem, and making stuff run out faster, but also being able to generate (by say fixing the oxygen generator that breaks all the time, etc.) One last thing: the mouse sensitivity was extremely high for me, which made it almost impossible to keep my mouse still enough to patch up the tiny holes, a slider would have been super appreciated ^^ Anyway, good job on the game and I love the vibes this is giving off, really good nonetheless!
Thanks :) "Fixed jam version" coming soon... I've already fixed the mouse/re-balanced gameplay.
Really like the idea of repairing the oxygen generator and additional chores :)
Nice try!But since the game is not rewarding at all, there is really not much to do.
And like others mentioned, the mouse sensitivity is weird.
But being a engineer for a spaceship is definitely brand-new
I liked the idea of it, but the execution wasn't too good. The mouse sensitivity is SUPER high and overall it was a bit buggy and felt very unpolished. It took me a while to figure out that I needed to find a random can of glue and even still I couldn't figure out how to apply it. Spray the glue on holes seemed to do nothing. Anyways, if it can be patched up a bit (get it?) I'm sure this could be a great game!
Yeah, noted, just ran out of time to polish and add hints, time went right to the wire - the sound (recorded) and gfx/text (planned) to help didn't make it in. The spray glue was supposed to be visible on the hole, shader/gfx visuals were actually completed but again, implementation time. Actually, think I can add some additional instructions on the game page.
liked the idea
nice visuals
Nice cockpit! :p
Mouse sensitivity is a tad high, pretty nice concept as micrometeorite strikes are a real danger for spacecraft.
I love the glow effect, glow everywhere
just tow problem, the sensibility and the menu, we shouldn't have to do alt f4 in a game
otherwise the game is original and rather beautiful ;)
Thanks :) Pic of the new menu system (that took more than 15 minutes this time) screenshot uploaded.
Hey it’s ntwiles from the discord. I love this idea. It does feel like I’m on an episode of Star Trek. Really well done on the assets. I did have some trouble with the mouse controls though.
Thanks :) Took a lot of effort making all the assets, ran out of time to fix the mouse, heh.
Great game! Liked it <3
