Loved the animations and the art! Liked how your game uses the theme for the combat!
Thank you very much :)
This is so enjoyable! the music makes it fun to play, reminds me of mario, it needs more ratings for sure. I noticed that you need to press the arrow key + E to open doors, can be vague. also it would be MUCH better if the attacking rang was longer! good job tho :) nice game
Thanks. Yes, I realized that playing the arrow is not convenient. But you can use the usual WASD and then it becomes more convenient to play. In the next game, I will add a control settings window.
yeah cool :)
I enjoyed playing this game..The controls are a bit weird, especially the movement. But still I liked the art style very much... The combat mechanic is innovative as well..Overall a decent entry.. Good job!
-Feel free to check my game out when you have time ^_^_
Why enemies could pass the walls?!🤔 not fair :)
I understand your disappointment, but I could not completely configured a* pathfinding. I hope in the future I’ll better analyze this algorithm for its more perfect execution!
Great challenging game! I really appreciate your take on the theme!
Oh thank you! I am glad that you liked the challenge that the game throws. By the way, the game has a finale. You need to accumulate enough points to see it :)
From the first notes of music, I realized that this is rearranged Mario F for very interesting arrangement, the game itself is very hard and controls feel wired, also very attracts the tactic opportunities of this game.
Thanks for the comment.
For music, I used a pack of loops, which I used to download when I wanted to deal with chiptune.
Not bad. I like your take on attacking enemies with holes, and your rogue-like elements are neat, but they don't really carry the whole game. Things started to get uninteresting quickly. I also hated the music, the farty synths that are trying to be chiptune bleeps are pretty annoying. So, basically, change the audio and add more to your dungeon generation, and I think you have a pretty good game here.
Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely take this into account in the further development of this project. I agree that the game lacks variability.
Really liked it. Limiting the places where you can dig a hole was a clever way to make the game harder. It sticks to the theme by using the holes as a battle system and the animations are really cute
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, it was the combat system that was supposed to be relevant to the topic. I am glad that I was able to achieve this goal. Next, I want to refine the game by adding lighting to it and fix some bugs.
awesome art! :) Really enjoyed that
Oh, thank you, but I used schedule aces for my work.
Followed this game from the begginning!
Very interesting concept! I loved the graphics and the main mechanic is super interesting. I would've loved for the movement to be tile-based, I'm just so bad at this kind of games hahah
I will certainly take this into account when creating a full-fledged game from this prototype in the future. I think it's a very good idea.
Very good game! I have been following it since the early beginning, and so happy to see it finished! Really nice graphics and gameplay. Congratulations
Thank you, I'm glad that you waited for my project. And I'm glad that I was able to finish it on time. thanks for the support
The digging concept is good, but there are some problems with collision detecting.
Like I can only open the door in a certain distance, sometimes I can't pickup the coin even I've touched it, and the enemies would walk through the wall (But their projectiles don't, that's good)
Despite these technical problems, I like this type of game.
Roaming in a dungeon and rooting crates. Especially, it's easy to kill monsters, I like that.
Nice try, I enjoy it!
Thanks for your feedback. I will try to fix errors in the future and make this game even better!
