How does the game fit the theme?
Players grab different cookies, and each attempt may gain points or lead to game failure. Is this an interesting and adventurous attempt?
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I made the code, and most of assets of this game. Some, such as background materials and sound effects, are collected from itch.io and freesound or other commercial websites and do not require credit.

Would've loved if the grabber moved a bit faster as all the cookies had left and respawned by the time the grabber got to them, which took away any of the skill - it became pure luck!
Cool retro vibe, though
Great art style and music to compliment. Grabbed a lot of green cookies, but eventually got some blue. Coin sound was a nice touch. Well done!
nice game! The art and the sounds reflect an arcade vibe, the mechanics is straightforward and the gameplay has good replay value, keep it up!
Cool idea. I loved the arcade cabinet. Wasn't sure what the controls on the right of the cabinet did but based on your description it's a timed thing right?
The style and concept are really cool. I think there may have been an issue with cookie spawn positions? The would spawn close to the edge of the screen and disappear very quickly. As a result I felt like dropping the claw was pure luck rather than an informed risk.
Overall, nice work!
I love the style of this game! I found myself wishing everything was moving a bit faster, both the claw and the spawning cookings. Good job for a week!
The graphics were great, but it was kind of hard to aim for the cookies since the claw machine was so slow. Great idea though!
The claw machine idea was cute, however it was a bit hard to catch cookies with them spawning at the middle. Great game overall!
Fun little claw machine. Maybe you could have the cookies spawn from either side of the screen so I can time the grab?
As of now I just grab praying they spawn into my hook, which works most of the time but does seem a bit random. Graphics and sound quality are superb
I really like this visual style! It gives me a feeling of a starry sky combined with modern, trendy aesthetics. The claw machine is really fun, isn’t it? Oh, though, I think this particular machine is a bit tricky—especially for the cookies that are farther away. They move a bit too fast and are quite small, which makes predicting their movement hard, so I tend to go for the ones nearby, relying on quick reactions instead. But it’s still really fun. :D
I also really enjoy the sound effects and music in the game. They feel just right, giving me that perfect sense of ‘this is exactly how it should feel!
The cookies spawn too fast and without much warning, so there isn’t much strategy involved, but it’s still fun! :)
Nice retro visuals and music. Would have liked the cookies to spawn further to the sides. Right now, I can't really react to cookies spawning or predict where they'll be, so it just random chance if I hit one or not.
I really like the style and aesthetic, very nice! I think I'd enjoy it better if cookies spawned outside the screen, but otherwise it was really fun! Thanks for the game!
A nice game for the jam! I liked the retro art and music choice! Good job!
Love the visuals! Some of the items would spawn really random (like in the middle random) but overall was really cool and I think unique!
It is very artistic and has its own gaming style.
The sound of the coin dropping into the machine kept making me want to play again and again, lol.
I like the idea you were going for a lot here. I wish there was a fullscreen option or the game zoomed into the screen so I could aim a bit easier but I do like the immersion you created quite a bit!
pretty confusing but cool
The art is cool, but wish I could do more.
