Hello! I wanted to rate this for the jam but my anti virus scanner was giving me so much trouble opening this. Was it made in Unity? There was a big security breach so just wondering. I love the aesthetic on your page and I wish I could have properly rated it for the jam. :)

Just played the game! I really enjoyed the theme and the art. The songs were really good and added to the atmosphere. I liked how calm and slow everything was. I did think the musical sections were like... just a bit too long. Maybe I'm impatient, but I thought it was coming to a nice conclusion and then it just kept going which made it drag a little for me. I liked the haunting atmosphere a lot! Keep up the good work :)
I love the style of this game! The pixelated look is a really nice touch. I think just a simple jump animation would have given it a lot more polish. I like how the first area taught me that the stone guy was like a "life." I did have a lot of trouble figuring out the jumping pit, and it was a little frustrating to have to do the slow paced intro to retry it. Overall, I think you have a cool puzzle platformer here. Keep up the good work :)
Hey~ I would LOVE to play your game!! But this time, it is my turn to have computer problems 😭I've been trying for a while now to download your game, but every single time I try, it says "virus detected" and refuses to download. Even though, I was able to download other people's games already, so I am very confused 🤔 Anyway, I am pretty sure this is just my computer, because I can see in the comments that people were able to download and play!!!
I am looking at your images though, so I will say that it is visually appealing. It looks like there is a theme and story going on. Also, I read that there's some rhythm gameplay and I love those kind of games!!!
Thank you for playing! I wanted to add multiple endings, but there wasn't enough time. The only ending you can get is if you find all 9 items around the area. I agree with your feedback that there should be more spooks. I'm out of town right now but I'll play and rate your game too when I get back to a good computer :)
Nice work! I'm a little less familiar with this engine and didn't realize you could save at any time. I ended up dying in the fight after the sewers and had to start over... but it gave me a chance to explore some more LOL. I enjoyed the story! I liked how many characters there were to talk to even though you only had a week to develop it. Made the world feel more complete :)
I love the art of this game! I was excited to see it was similar to minesweeper. I play that on transport all the time! Maybe I don't understand the instructions, but I thought the danger number should be the number of enemies in one of the eight boxes surrounding the ninja. But sometimes, it would say 7 when there were only 4 boxes neighboring the ninja. I would move around and sometimes the number would make sense and sometimes it would be way too high for the number of boxes I already opened around me. Is this a bug? I would really love it if I could play and see the true level of danger in the boxes directly surrounding the ninja, or an explanation of the danger mechanic. With some tweaks, I would play so many levels of this game. :)
Right off the bat, I loved the art! It's so cute. It took me a few rounds to really understand what was happening. I probably skipped some of the items to expand your inventory without realizing. If you keep developing this game, a simple tutorial level would do wonders. It was kind of intimidating at first. Nice work! :)
This was a neat way to package a test of luck. I was a little confused that I had to press a physical button on the screen for the dialogue section and not a keyboard button or just clicking anywhere on the screen. It was a shame because it's the very first thing the game opens to, but I figured it out quickly and got to the test of luck. I lost 3 of the 4 games. :)
Classic idea :) I really like the idea of the cat making biscuits by scratching on the couch. I think some more tweaking would help a lot! There were some times when I got caught but visually I couldn't even process that the owner turned around. A really short deadzone time of a few milliseconds would help or some visual or sound cue would do wonders!
This was neat! It didnt actually dawn on me the implications of a lack of a putter until I got right next to the hole on the first level. kind of an "oh shit" moment lol. I liked the aesthetic a lot and I personally didn't have trouble with the first level like some other people were saying. I was kind of sad when it suddenly ended! Good work :)
