I like the idea but it was just too slow for me to enjoy it.

I enjoyed the game's premise and most of the game. Poor little mouse! And the experimenter is a very funny guy! Love it! The gameplay was pretty varied, which is great! The camera was restrictive, which was definitely intentional, forcing the player the adapt. I think the controls could use more refinement, but otherwise its very solid!

Cool game. Not a bad idea about the trials, and it's cool that you managed to implement several key mechanics. All of the game's problems are related to the controls. The player really needs to be able to run, without which the game quickly becomes tedious. It's very inconvenient to control the laser and camera with the keyboard. There was also a disappointing moment in the puzzle with the lever. We have 3 buttons and 2 boxes. Earlier, we jumped down after dropping another box. I expected to be able to bring it to the button, but no. It doesn't lift.

Love how camera can be rotated to change perspective and when a wall is in front of the player, a circle gets cuts out to show the player. Love the dialogue throughout the game, gave a lot character to the project. The laser visual looks really good in terms of the lighting and the color. The movement of the player could be slightly tuned to feel a bit more responsive specifically with the jumping and rotating of the player. Also when pointing the laser at the robots, the rotation seemed a bit finnicky to get it to point at them. Other than that, really good. The game overall reminded of the cortex trial tapes in Crash Bandicoot 4.

Fun Game, there could be visual indicators for camera locking parts otherwise felt a bit unresponsive during them even tho it was not. first puzzle room left side wall of the enterance doesnt have the sight circle, so i thought it blacked out. Really nice starting menu, also the most important part, I was amazed by the VA. Really nice work!!

A bit frustrating to control the mouse. However I like the narration and the little references made and comedic elements. Maybe also change the skybox for the map to something a bit more fitting.

A really interesting idea! It sucks to be a lab rat for sure! I was able to reach the robot area but the laser was incredibly hard to control while moving. Every input seemed to move it by miles. Other than that, it was a really good game!

WOWWWWWW, THE COOKIE IS REAL! What an amazing experience, the gameplay, puzzles and the voice over 10/10

Great game! The voice over is so fun. And I got my cookie so I'm happy! Congrats!

YO THIS GAME IS AWESOME. It's so well made, I love the narration, the Stanly Parable reference, the concept, and the little puzzles. I did encounter a bug in the last puzzle (not a bug, maybe a flaw) where you can get repeatedly spawn killed by the robots if they manage to reach the spawn area and kill you there so you just have to play the whole game again to stop getting killed, but AMAZING WORK! I'm always surprised when people make nice 3d games in game jams. Definitely a memorable entry!

Thank you!

This was pretty fun! I love the dark aesthetic and the spotlight view you get when your camera is in a wall. The humor was also pretty great!

Fun entry. Only think I can say is the camera movement is a bit wonky especially when the mouse controls the height of the camera and q - e controls rotation.  Other than that solid fun puzzles that were made harder with the player controller.

Really entertaining entry! The humor and voice acting are peak :D The controls (f.e. especially turning grabbed objects) were a bit clunky at times, but I got used to it  and had fun. :)

Took some getting used to with the controls (specifically the camera) and I wish the rat was a bit faster but that was hilarious and some pretty solid puzzles for such a short time frame!

The camera improvement is definitely, sometime it makes the coming suprises visible, also i wished it was browser based, definitely many will miss this game. Also, what I like about this game is the art, sound and difficulty.

The art style is really good.
Though few things needs to be fixed, like the controls, they were minor ones.
but overall, a really, really good game

Great work, devs!

The game is awesome. I love the art and the voiceover

I got soft blocked at the robot level because they kept camping at the respawn point and killed me over and over, lol

Developer(+1)

Oh yes, I guess you found a softlock. Thanks for playing!

The visuals are stunning. It's just that my PC isn't powerful enough. I often experience crashes, especially after passing through the saws. Anyway, good job.

Developer

Oh, sorry for that, I assumed that low resolution will suffice for basic optimization. And after the saws there is one trigger that always makes a short lag - I guess it can also cause a crash. I'll look into it.
