You risk it for the biscuit to get a treasure lost in a cave. Or maybe a biscuit itself. Or both. It's up to you.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

A well-polished game! good job! I really like the sound effects and the feel of the character! puzzles are also good! Only thing I would say is to add coyote time and jump buffer to make the jump easier to use.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I am aware jumping may not feel perfect - I’ll certainly keep that in mind for my future projects :)

Woah this is good, the whole feel is good, the art is insane the text boxes are nice it’s very finished especially for 1 person, kudos

Absolutely loved it, this was the most enjoyable game of the Jam for me so far

I’m impressed with your submission. The addition of movable boxes and interactive buttons is a great feature. It offers a lot of possibilities for expansion and development. Well done.

Really very nice, great job :)

I love how good it feels to control the character. I do think the button/box mechanic is asked a bit too much. personally would've liked to see more "reactive" challenges rather than the "puzzle" kind.

Developer

Thanks for playing and feedback! :) I am aware the level design may not be the best - it’s definitely something I’ll focus on more in the future :)

I really though a ghost living in a spooky cave with supposed "treasure" was going to lure me to my doom. Shame on me for judging a ghost by its cover. I like that the biscuits came with different risks!

I  GOT LOCKED UP JUST CUZ I WANTED A COOKIE, THIS IS SOO MEAN 10/10

its a really fun simple game. the movement is nise and the mechanics were also cool. do wish there was more sense of danger( but that might come in the later level's so mb if it is like that)

OH AND THE CONVO WITH THE GHOST WAS REALLY FUN TO READ XD

Thanks for playing :D Glad you liked the ghost conversation!

quite a fun platformer, i liked the puzzleish aspects of your game, though i would like to see that a box falling on my head would squish the player. also good job writing it so the ghost has a personality and didn't just feel like a bland npc character.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the ghost’s personality :)

Amazed that a solo dev could make this in 7 days. Great work 👏

Dang you did all that in a week!? I really liked how the controls felt and the risk element got me stressed lol

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Yeah, I was starting to be sick of this game in last days but I somehow managed it lol :D

The controls feel very responsive, and I really enjoyed the sound design :) But now I absolutely hate those damn boxes! :)

Developer

Thank you for playing! Especially glad you enjoyed sound design as I didn’t dedicate to much time to it. To be honest I was wondering if some level section won’t be too frustrating :D
