Winning on day 3 through pure skill. It pretty fun challenge to keep the combo going. The sound for the slapping is also very satisfying.

Also... Meow meooow meow meooooow...

:0

Very nice polish! I do think it would benefit from less picking up things on the map as chasing the bullet was getting a bit too much for me.

Sweet game. Nice of you to have the frog character indicate how close one with their accuracy.

I like what you're going for, but I think a more fast-paced approach would be better.

I also don't understand the effectiveness and progress bars when all I care about is the instability.

I do really vibe with the aesthetic and atmosphere.

Neat, definitely leave some hours for sound implementation as it would really enhance the experience.

Regarding the rocket looking jittery. If it's a unity rigidbody, try setting the interpolation to interpolate & your movement code on the rocket should be in FixedUpdate(). Maybe doing those 2 things will help ya.

Solid Entry. Really nice polish things like the loading screen animation & variety of sounds. I have also not seen a game like this before so it's pretty unique.

I would've liked to screenshot all my level scores and post them, but upon beating lvl 5, I couldn't leave that level complete screen anymore.

Really like the style and execution on this one!

Enjoyed it quite a bit, love that there's actual physics involved (especially when eating bottom pieces). Bravo

Neat destroy everything sim. I just couldn't seem to get some sort of climax for the reward.

I love how good it feels to control the character. I do think the button/box mechanic is asked a bit too much. personally would've liked to see more "reactive" challenges rather than the "puzzle" kind.

I could only manage to go for the first stages biscuits as I didn't seem to be able to make the needed height on the second stage for a jump.

Neat levels. Though I don't know if it's by design but the player will gain more velocity by changing their movement direction midjump, making jumps that aren't straight pretty difficult imo.

Definitely would not have first tried it if I didn't get full healed at the mid-point.

Yes, managed to click the begin button now after clicking fullscreen button!

You got a good level setup, wish the experience was actually even longer.

Solid controls, the wonkyness of the car is honestly perfect imo. Just wish there was some audio

Jam Cookie the goat

Really nicely made. So much polish that I can appreciate.

Love what getting hurt looks/sounds like. Gameplay is pretty intuitive and I like that I could play on controller.

Only critique I could give is that some things being far of screen makes it hard to know how to dodge/where to go, this however did not stop me from first-trying the boss.

yellow knight  + farmer + wizard = i win

cute bird drops bombs on civilians for cookies.

Beat the AI. neat concept with the soldiers being dough for the terrain

Beat the boss.

The overall level was neat and the boss too.  I can appreciate a souls-pit/hole to drop down into.

I'd say some prompts popping up on screen would help a lot (like with interacting or bonfires)

Some questionable dipping took place.

Fore some reason the first cookie kills me. Ended up escaping with the prize without picking up the deadly cookie.

Make sure to leave time for some basic audio as it will really enhance a game's enjoyment.

I don't think I can play your game with what you've given. In fact, I think u have uploaded your entire game project rather than a build.

Because as it stands, I have no idea what i need to click to start playing.

Went ahead and downloaded the java thing to give it a go.

Old-style browser platformer with a nice track to it. Only missed 2 flour.

Definitely watch out for the download requirement in the future. It'd be a shame for a game to be dismissed because of such things.

Would love to see multiple different "bad" endings

Skill issue

Yeah, seems like the bump might need some adjusting after the jam :)

Would like to try it out, but I think 3 quarters of the screen are missing, making it impossible to start the game for me. Seems like you're struggling with a resolution issue.

You can try making the full screen button an option on the itch page settings (or change some resolution settings. Hopefully you can get it to work.

I believe updating your game file is okay in the first 48 hours as long as we're talking about game-breaking things, in case this is a godot build issue (atleast that's what I've been seeing in the brackeys discord server).

I'll re-check out this title once u respond to this.

Got the evil wizard to pop. Do have to say that the game-loop changed drastically after i got to a third of the wizards hunger bar. I ended up having so many mined chips that for the remaining 2/3 of the hunger, i could just stay above and sit next to the machine.

I wanted to go back to mine, but most chips were too deep for it to be even viable (why would I if I knew I had enough to win).

Really liked the visuals and audio.

Really like the style. Had my butt beat as jester, after which i finished a run on knight.

Only thing I couldn't find was the last question mark.

Cute little platformer. I recommend having the camera a bit higher up relative tot he player cuzz I think it tend to clip with the floor.

Time do be tight on the jams

Love the claymation! It is my first time experiencing it in a game.
Also puzzle-like gameplay of a type I have not seen before.

Only misstep is the balancing of the audio with the shots. They're a bit too grating making me wanna turn down the volume quite a bit. Besides that very well presented!

Amazing!

Kept playing until I was essentially stuck.
I completed everything except for 75m hole-in-one and commit regicide.

Nice job

I like the throw-teleport mechanic a lot.
Some of the bounces that the levels ask of the player can be on the more frustrating side as I can't possibly tell exactly where it will end up if it has to pas 3 corridors (let's say the corridor right before the 1st boss).

Cool game, I recommend ditching enemies/combat and fully focusing on the scythe-throwing and creating more puzzle-esque challenges. Let's say you can toggle between different types of scythes during the throw, each having its own effect or something of the like.

Reminds me of Geometry Dash.
There's fun upbeat music, a good-looking style with clear colors.

The difficulty is quite high I believe (or I'm plain bad). I think this game could do with either

  • A slower pace (similar to the slow powerup in the game).
  • An instantaneous boost in the according direction whenever the player swaps polarity (this way momentum does not make me lose if I was moving too long in the same polarity).
  • A more zoomed-out camera to be able to prepare for what's to come.

It was a nice short experience that may or may not have fried my brain.

Very innovative. Love the concept that other projectiles can be used as active 'ammo' as well.
I only think there could have been more "Oomph" to hitting enemies with golf balls (like how the bazooka feels really good to shoot).
