There is a crazy amount of content and polish here! You've gotten a lot of praise and good feedback that I can second. I'll add that the constant passage of time didn't seem to add much; a system where each actions takes some amount of time/stamina might have made more sense. The cramped UI also made it difficult in places, to, say, apply the ingredients I wanted or search through my stock. Overall, though, I'm incredibly impressed by this, and it's easily one of the most content-complete games in the jam. Congrats on the awesome achievement!
Nothing went wrong! Love that all combinations make...something. Gameplay is polished, UI is intuitive--never felt lost or confused about what to do.
I really enjoyed the art for this one. The colors worked well together, everything was readable and everything was super sharp.
I liked the soundtrack that you chose, but I found the mix between music and FX to be a little bit off. Even with the FX at lowest, I found it hard to concentrate with all of the whooshing from the wind.
Mechanically you did a great job creating a game. These kinds of games can really easily feel like they're either a monotonous grindfest, or so simple that they feel like they should just be a layer in a larger game. This one was really engaging and mechanically diverse. I had relatively few issues. I did have a bug where if I interacted with ingredients too quickly while preparing a mix, ingredients would just disappear.
Overall, well done and congratulations on 20 rates!
Sometimes there is an audio bug. When I went to the shop and went out, and suddenly clicked the shop again, the click sound played, but I didn't go into the shop. It happens somethings, not always!
But the rest are perfect! Art, music, sound, gameplay and all are perfect! 11/10
Its super impressive that you got so many mechanics done in just a weak! The games beautiful and the potions were fun to make!
Great all around. I *deeply* appreciate that this game adhered to the interpretation that nothing you do can outright cause you to fail; a lot of other alchemy-based jam entries went for a you-need-to-be-perfect-or-else-you-fail motif, which made for relatively obtrusive and hostile experiences.
This one was easy to enter a trance state and sink a lot more time than I'd put into the average jam entry. Great job!
Fun little alchemy game! It's kind of crazy that you were able to make this much content in a week, great job! I loved experimenting with different ingredients to see what would happen, and what would give me the best result. All in all, a charming game, and a good submission!
This is a really cool game, I love how many areas there are to interact with! I also had fun learning how to make different potions. Great job!
A cozy and relaxing game about brewing potions! There's a lot of mechanics in this game, the shop, the two foragable areas, and even a farm! It's genuinely impressive you managed to make a game this deep in just a week!
I could easily see this be expanded to a full game, great job!
It's a fun and relaxing game. I can totally see a full game. I didn't go very far but I can totally see spending a lot of time playing.
It's a lot of content for 1 person in a jam too! Great job!
This is incredible! Super impressive to make all of this in a week - you must have been so busy. I like the theme a lot and the art is really well done!
Wow! This is super cool! I'm still playing it, but wanted to leave a review here before I forget! I'm not too familiar with these type of games, but it's relaxing and fun to play! I think in the long run, this could be paired with some sort of top-down game for more things to do.
Great JOB! The art and the music were awesome too!
