How does your game fit the theme?
the level starts off calm but foreboding. then the player grab an item that triggers a storm and he has to face it by goiing through the level in reverse.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
the assets we downloaded as well as the audio was credited. the rest is made in GIMP and chiptone.

Wow the art is amazing! I just think that the game was a bit too hard for me.
Nice game, love the idea. Biggest problem for me was the platformer controls, it felt they made the game harder than it should have been. But I liked the idea of replaying the level with a storm on top.
Great use of the theme, being able to learn the level but then having the storm make it significantly hard with the wind is a great idea! I did find the hazards blended in a bit so the warning symbols helped. Good work!
thanks for playing!
The idea of completing the level in the calm phase and retrieving the item in the storm phase is unique and very fitting to the theme. The game looks really good, and the challenge was fun but a little too hard.
Great game!
thank you for playing!
It looks so good! Really cool art. Platformer was too hardcore for me, I kept dying) Wasn't able to finish. But overall the idea is interesting and it's fun to play. I agree with some comments here that it would be more convenient if the spikes were more "visible". Hope you'll add more levels in the future. Good job!
thanks for playing!
Art Style is impressive. I finished the game. The thunder sound was a bit too loud.
Was fun to play!
thanks for playing!
Good use of lights but if we need precision we must see the spike. I try to go back after the storm but die and give up. Some simple level just to experiment with the mechanic could help.
Other than that, game looks good, music is good, SFX too (but the jump sound does not fit with the mood).
Great work.
thank you for playing! Like you said, the spikes really are hard to see. We'll learn from it.
Very good looking graphics in the game! Movements were good, though the spikes were very hard to see in the game, did not understand what should i do after the storm part happened where to go there. Good job!
thanks for playing! Now that you mention it, it's true we should have added an indication to go back to the start of the level after the storm hit, thanks for the insight!
The pixel art and the music are both super impressive. That amount of quality within gamejam timeframes is always stunning. Additionally, the gameplay - movement in particular - felt really good. I really appreciated the choice to make the movement fast and responsive, and to make the jumps pretty high. All in all, a quality platformer, clearly with some experienced devs behind it. I'd love to see what you could do in a longer jam!
Thanks man it means a lot.
I like the main mechanic you implemented for this game; it was pretty cool. The camera placement can get annoying on the way back, and imo the warning signs only need to be included once you reach the end. Possible starting with a smaller and extremely easy level would help get more people to play.
you're right. thank you for playing!
Nice pixel art. The log looks like a background item, and the spikes are *very* difficult to actually see, and you just know where they are rather than seeing where they are after a while. The red indicators and small lights help a bit.
When going back, its impossible to see where you are supposed to land when jumping on the final pillars towards your starting position.
that's true. thanks for playing!
There was a nice little tutorial with the hazards, and then suddenly the tutorial area got really dangerous when you had to go back. That's pretty clever! The lightning SFX was too loud compared to other sounds, had to put my volume down.
thanks for the feedback! great game btw
Very pretty woods!
thank you!
