Simple, clear, fun! Wish the character movement was a little bit less slippery. Otherwise, great work!
Pros:
-Simple Game play, Easy to understand
-Cute art style
-Music matches the games feel
-Haha Rigidbodys go brrrr. I got a good laugh at the speed of which the characters body gets thrown around the room when you die XD
Cons:
-Lil bit too simple, was looking for more ways to get out or to go to another room until i realized there was only 1 room.
-I didn't realize that you had to move the mouse further away at the start to throw harder. Maybe there could be some UI there to show the difference of a slight chuck and literally throwing the door and light speed :D
-Movement is a little weighty, as if the characters on ice (might be an intentional design choice if I'm not aware)
Conclusion:
Cute mini game, maybe add some more enemies and a multi room system after the jam?
This was a neat and creative use of the door, I like it!
Simple and fun game, great work.
This was super cute and fun! I love the art and the idea of throwing the door around. I really like that the door keeps moving and can still damage the energy. There's a really fun Pinball/arcade feel to this game that I enjoy. Fantastic job! Love the art! The mouse character is super cute.
Using the door as a weapon is definitely not a direction I would have thought of. The game is simple yet enjoyable. Good job :)
Fun game, loved the audio. I would appreciate it if you could rate my game.
Really fun game, nice job!
Wow, our games are actually so similar. This one is really fun!
I love the moment when you throw door in perfect spot and it ricochets few times killing 6 enemies in a row
A cute and charming survival game! I was not ready for the explosion...
Using the door itself against what's behind it is a creative take on the theme!
Thank you!
Congratulations on successfully creating and publishing a game in just one week! 🎉 Your dedication and creativity truly shine through in this impressive accomplishment. I really like the choice of colors: you get it right away who's your enemy!
Cute little game, Love the sprite for the character. Maybe is lacking more gameplay, but really fun!
Cool game i like the idea it was just a bit too hard at the start
Thank you and yes, the difficulty curve turned out pretty steep
Really fun game, i was able to survive for 2 minutes and 12 seconds.
If you have time check out my game.
Thank you and good job! That's longer than I ever survived haha.
Love the endless genre and making the door be your only defence is lovely. Some more visual language of how many hits an enemy has would be handy.
Thank you for the feedback!
Some really nice art style. The game itself is quite unique and had fun playing around. Surely there could be more challenges added up in game to make it more interesting.
Thanks!
I agree that more challenges could be added, there still is a chance we might add some more content after the rating week. Both me and the other member of the team had a really busy schedule during the jam week which meant we had to have a tiny scope to finish it in time.
Cute and small game, I really like the idea behind it. I like the idea of throwing door at the enemy and seeing it bounce around, I would have liked the game to have more diversity
Thanks! The lack of diversity and extremely small scope is a result of us being very busy with school and life in general during the jam week. Perhaps the game will have a minor update after the rating week to address these issues.
Yeah this is understandable! The important part is that you still finished something. I had a similar problem with school but I found time by sleeping 3 hour less, maybe not a good idea but definitely effective
Nice game, I like the mouse character, the columns add a lot of randomness which is great too
Thank you!
I really like the art and how the controls make the character slide, the idea is very interesting
Thanks!
