Really cool platformer with an interestion twist. The world transition effect are really cool and the control feel really responsive even if I died a lot! Great game that would just need some music and particle to be even better

Sorry, to tell you that 18 min before the deadline, I didn't found any other time to try it, but I still can't play it, I am opening the file "Light RIder_v1.4_Windows.rar", the only one that got downloaded, I am on window 10 and it doesn't open any game at all other than visual studio who give me an error, if this get fixed or I find the issue I would really like to play it after the jam
Thank for the feedback! Yeah the only reason why I put some downgrade is because I wanted to let the player do strategic pick of them and they actually always upgrade more than downgrade, else the player would have been too fast overpowered. I can definitely try to fix that in a next little update, I put those upgrade 5h before going to sleep before the deadline, I was not sure about anything yet, so I made something fast. Thank for the comment, it will help me developing the game a little bit
The visual effect are really cool, and the gameplay when you understand it pretty addictive, I would have like at first to be told what to do because it is only after 4 try that I understood that I could kill circle by dash through them. I little explanation would be really helpful. Other than that that is pretty much perfect!
Seemed like a great game, cool animation and everything but I couldn't play it really because the box seemed like falling out of the playable area once in a while, they where no where to be found and I quickly couldn't play anymore. With this bug fixed and some more content this could definitely be a really great game!
I tried playing the game, the art seem amazing. I actually found out that it was almost unplayable, I didn't feel that I was xontroling the character, with really long animation, I climbed in the first lader on the left and when I jumped of, it broke under me and I just get stuck in a fall animation and I can't walk no more. The light should be pixelated like the rest with only 2 colors. Really felt like a good game but didn't have any good gameplay. If you fix this, it will definitely become a really good game
I have played many sokoban game before and I absolutly love the look and the feel of this one, you perfectly integreted the theme and you made a cute little game with really interesting puzzle. This is my favorite game of the jam so far, I got frustrated some time thought because the light shouldn't expend the way it was when, hitting a wall, hit shouldn't have an angle in my logic, but it can stay I guess you made so much level using this, but button should only activate when you finished moving because it is more clear what move kill you. Those are just little change you should change if you rework on this because I also worked on many sokoban game before. This is overall an excelent game, congratulation!
Really great visual and cool ambiance! Didn't understand why I would need to choose between brave or coward and what it did change thought and bigger platform or snappier jump would make it a lot more enjoyable because I felt like I was not in control of my character dying at spike that I couldn't avoid. Overall I really do feel like this is a great game, just need some polish and will be amazing!
Didn't understand much on what to do, some dialog could be really helpfull, music and sound would add up the calm feel of the game and the sprint didn't seem to work at all, maybe it is just me too. But overall the art is really great and it feel like a cute little calm game I could play with more time
Ah what an awesome game, I trully feel amazing playing this at first I got pretty frustrated, because I couldn't seem to kill the first enemy, thenI came back to it and read the full tutorial and saw that we add multiple type of bullet for enemy, could be great if it was more clear maybe with an icon or a popup telling it to you. Maybe it isn't even necessary to have two type, the game is already awesome. The only other thing that anoyed me is the intense music that played at all time. Maybe lowering the volume would be good and changing it when you get a boss battle of some kind. And maybe having a faster reload would be good too. But overall great game that you could definitily expend on
Very unique game, it use the concept of the minesweeper game and turn it over to end up with an even better game, this could be polished just a little bit and it could become a great hit. Right now somtime I feel like the number are not accurate when I see all the bomb when I lose but maybe I am just bad at counting. Overall great entrie and I hope to see it again in the future
Thank a lot for the feedback, I knew it would be a little confusing for some people and that why I will try to do a post jam version. It was hard to balance because I was able myself to go to 200+ each time I was playing because I knew everything about it and after some time it is just a fast paced shooter. I will definitely try to make it more clear for player. Thank for the helpful comment!
Thank a lot for the helpful comment sadly, you are not allergic to potassium but you got vite by a monster while you where eating the banana. I quite agree with the text to go faster, if you click space or right click it complete the text instantly, but it should do it automatically. This comment made me happy, I might continue working on this project
I mean thank for the feedback, if you have some time maybe consider replaying it, after some time it get pretty fast, and there actually 3 types of enemies, pickup to upgrade your gun, and food to regain health. You can probably see it in the video made. You might not have seen it or not thought it was enough but anyway thanks, I appreciate it!
