The game was interesting, I couldn't figure out how to loop or advance to the boss though :(

The random bullets seems like a fun idea, but it was too easy to just spam through all the enemies. I think the issue was that it was easier and faster to just spam click than to actually try to look at what bullet was next.

I liked the visuals, but the screen space dithering is a bit intense to look at.

Overall, a cool game with some good ideas, just maybe needs a bit more accessibility to make it easy to use the mechanics as intended.

Wow! I really enjoyed this. The shader on this game is amazing!

Really endearing! Thoroughly enjoyed everything about this!

The art style is amazing and the gameplay is smooth and satisfying. You and your team made a fantastic job!

Submitted(+3)

I dig the style, my brain's ability to process it without hurting? Not so great haha

Really loved the art, animations, sounds and choice of colors! I had some problems with aiming at the enemies, the pointer moved too fast even if I didn't move my mouse that much; also found a little bit difficult to move forward due to that. Overall I enjoyed it a lot :)

If you go to settings, you can adjust your mouse sensitivity!!

Thanks for the feedback and for playing our game!!

The random bullet mechanic and look reminded me of BioShock. Great art style choice.

Thank you!! A couple designers and myself worked really hard on bringing RUBI ( the Revolving Upcoming Bullet Indicator) to life! Super happy with how it all came together! Our artists def kicked ass! Lol.

Bioshock (1 & 2 specifically) are two of my favourite games ever - this is a massive compliment, thank you!

A labor of love. Wonderfully charming art style and really feels like a whole package with the colors, sound effects (howdy), and music. Well done!

Developer(+1)

Howdy!! Lmao.

Thanks for playing our game!! I agree! Lol. I'm super proud of our art team for getting the look of the game to this level. Only 2 colors!!

It looks cool, but I can’t see something in the distance and sometimes I don’t see enemies. They blend into the background.

Developer

Appreciate the feedback - shaders are a tricky business, and trickier still when colours are limited; still, we tried to encourage fast, in-your-face gameplay to offset some of those difficulties seeing things that are far away.

I hope you enjoyed playing nonetheless!

I swear if this doesn't get first place in Art I riot. And I'll come after whoever doesn't rate 5 stars in Art. I'm mad already. Help.

Developer

Lmao, thanks!! Yeah, our team did our absolute best to make sure the game didn't break the 2 color rule. Plus, that blend of 2D and 3D was just so cool, imo. I'm biased, tho. Lol.
