Great work here, and absolutely fantastic for your first game jam! I love the art to this.

It took me a couple of deaths to figure out and start putting together some strategies. And I definitely found myself hoping for a upgrade that would let me swim after missing the raft a few times :D.

Also I think a warning  for when the core is being attacked would be very handy too.

Nice work with this once again. I think it would be a great one to expand on post jam.

Well done, especially for a first jam! I like the concept, sort of a top down tower defense. There's a bit of cool stuff with choice, like how you can choose to wait for the raft and save wood or just build yourself across the river to get where you need to be faster. Game looks cute too and sounds great, I like your overworld theme a lot.

One thing I would say about clarity is that I got the objective once I read below the game, but it was unclear before doing that. Something to get that across to the player before the core gets broken into would be good. Otherwise, awesome job.

I am so excited to see where you take this after the jam. The music slaps, and the idea is just so neat. I think maybe something to consider is some degree indicator for how long an action (like cutting a tree for instance) will take - either in the art (you see it start to fall or something) or just in a little like... progress bar. That can also help with just being off slightly and not realizing you aren't hitting a thing at first. Just a thing to consider!

The music gives me Tetris vibes!! The game is very well made, and with an explanation at the beginning at the start, more understandable! (I died once to figure out the goal hehe) This game is very fun, and I like it  :D!

There's a bug where if you spam the bow, then switch to the sowrd, you get an automatically shooting sword. The music is awesome, however I don't quite get what is the goal in the game...I might just be dumb...

Thanks for the feedback :) I'll add it to the list of bugs, and I'll also try to make the objective clear in the next update.

Great idea for a game, mix of a tower defense and survival game is very interesting. The only thing that I had to get used to was the speed of the raft and crossing the river. Well done overall!

Wow thats a very ambitious game for a first gamejam, its great with neat mechanics. I would love to see this finished on a full game.

Congratulations!

Very cool, and very good for a first game jam, and will be a great game when you polish it up.

The raft was very cool, but it took quite the amount of time to travel the map, and if you missed it, you had to wait, possibly make another raft on the opposite side of it, and make it so you can get on the raft without a bridge?

Very good game, keep it up

Nice Game! Art is very clean.

Only suggestion: The water was a bit frustrating, would have liked more rafts or just a permanent bridge.

The art is super good! Everything felt pretty smooth. I loved the concept of the game! The enemies seemed a little interest as the could pass through the water and you couldn't. I also thought the moving platform went passed too quickly. Instead of having just one, I would have liked to see 2 of them moving slower!

I didn't understand the placing blocks. I did not know 5 and 6 buttons did. A little tutorial would have been nice!

The map seemed to be a little to big for a tower defense game.

The music was a really good! I was jamming a little while running around the map!

I noticed it was incomplete so I hope you keep working on it! Really good job!!
