Love the game!

I did run into a bug where a door wouldn't open, not sure what happened though.

Except than that, I felt like it was really hard to dodge the bullet, I couldn't really keep track of all of them by using my peripheral vision. Maybe adding some highlight or something similar could help? Have a fixed location for the main character, like maybe on near the mouse as a target, could really help keeping track of the current age without having to always look at the player.

Anyway, still enjoyed the game! Could be a good mechanic for the next Enter the Gungeon ;)

Great game, it has polished gameplay and an interesting mechanic the tutorial needs work but I got the hang of it eventually.

oh and I found an exploit where if you die and stand at the start of the room you dont trigger the enemy AI and can shoot them from afar fyi.

Very cute!! We love duck, we hope duck has a happy life <3

Like others have suggested, highly highly recommend a tutorial. The small tutorial at the beginning was unclear-- I didn't know those flashing things were supposed to be computer mice, I thought they were tables or something from the business building. Maybe some kind of animation clicking the left / right keys? And in terms of tutorials, it took me a few levels to figure out how to know what age / color I need to be to get through a door. For a few levels, I just stood up against the doorway and shot with the left button, then if that didn't work, shot with the right until it opened. I learned eventually though, so maybe no tutorial is needed? But could get both of those problems solved with a simple tutorial though if you ever decide to do more work on this!

Also there's a glitch where the gun just kept shooting and I had to stop it by pressing the same key as the gunshots being fired, but that's a very minor bug.

Overall, amazing sound / music design, very satisfying mechanic and aesthetic, great puzzles. This would definitely make for a great game if you ever decide to return to it, big potential for future puzzles.  Right now, it's a good little game if you wanna kill some time with a time gun :)

Great approach to the topic of the jam - I really like the mechanic with manipulation of your and environment age. Plus for making levels resemble locations which were part ofg characters past - nice touch. Meddling with mechanic was fun, though it lacked some kind of proper tutorial, but you still could figure that out later. Also, the soundtrack was amazing and I really wanted to hear the theme playing between "waiting room" and next set of levels more than in that passage, it was great, sadly, there wasn't a lot to do there other than shoot at walls like maniac while listening to music.

Anyway, that was great experience and I would be actually willing to see some kind of enhanced version of this game, if you will ever feel to polish it more.

and that was actually interesting thing to discover... Nice 4th wall break

Fun, Cute and Simple

It's a little bit confusing at the start but it's a good game (it's a little bit difficult to understand that it was an mouse on the tutorial)

 I loved the intro cutscene

The shoot is so satisfactory

Maybe adding a difference on the projectile beyond the color and the type of fire rate would help

Great Work!  One of the bests I've played on this jam!

Cool shooter game with puzzles. You also need to correctly understand how to kill enemies in order to complete the level. But on the other hand, it causes difficulty at the start of the level, because as soon as it begins, I cannot immediately see it all and understand what needs to be done and what not. Therefore, in most cases, you overplay the level. There is not enough information at first.

The graphics are mixed (pixel art and vector), which is striking and does not look very good. The controls are comfortable, the music is good.

Good luck in development =)

Really fun concept you got here! I had some trouble playing with my trackpad (no mouse with me :( ) but after a few minutes it was okay ^^

Great idea! The gunplay reminds me Enter the Gungeon!

I think it's a bit difficult to notice all the stuff implemented (what it change when you are younger in respect to when you are older), so a good tutorial should be a nice-to-have feature.

Anyway, good job!

Really awesome idea, I absolutely loved the music and the art! It took a while to figure out how all the time stuff works and I think that the tutorial could have been clearer. Great game!

Thanks! I enjoyed playing you all's game as well!

Super creative concept! I loved the bullet sound effect too, and music in general.

I hope that on the sequel I finally get to play out that boss battle where I get to turn my mom into a baby.

your mom will be there on an updated version, stay tuned!

Very nice unique take on the time theme! Probably the most original that I've played!

It took me awhile to realize that my "time" was tied to what I was shooting, once I did, the combat got a lot more interesting of trying to prevent wasted shots by not having my time get full in either direction.

I found it a little difficult at times to really know which direction I would be sending myself, or my enemies. Mostly just became left click -> right click -> repeat, without knowing which direction they were going.

The music changing depending on your age was brilliant! I love it when games have adaptive music.

Having your character change mechanically was also cool, being younger to move faster and older lets you move things around. There is a lot of depth here for more concepts, like maybe being younger you would also have less health than if you were older. Having more objects change their effects depending on what they are, like a larger tree that can give cover when grown.

Very unique and cool idea! Could go pretty far with this!

Interesting idea, a ingame tutorial will be nice, the best of the game, the music, when the bird get the gun, wow, just wow, kudos to the musician.
