I LOVE this kind of small horror games, this is a nice mix of sounds and scary creatures, perfect atmosphere and terrifying creature. A few minor glitches in the camera handling, but nothing to ruin the experience. Good job!
liked the lil guy, monster was scary baby thing, gameplay and level design kinda lackin tho. was a large parkour section which then led to a small playground with baby and collectables and the mechanics of the game I still don't completely understand. I think this could've been fixed with adding a threat or collectables (or both) during the second half of the parkour section and adding a wither meter (which is what I'm guessing the mechanic was). besides those points loved the game-feel felt like I was playing an N64 game and I think this is a pretty neat game.
The face of someone who've seen God
Smooth controls. Horrifying creature.
A minor point, but I would have liked to know a bit more about what I am collecting.
The climate plays a strong part in this game, really makes the simplicity engaging.
The sound design was a strong point—landing had a satisfying, meaty slap
The creature felt too easy to avoid. The tension would have been heightened if being spotted had more serious consequences or affected gameplay in a meaningful way
The level design felt overly open, which made exploration feel tedious. Some form of guidance for locating collectibles—even a subtle hot/cold mechanic—would have improved the experience
The theme "You don't have time" was well-integrated into the narrative, but it didn’t feel like a driving force in the gameplay itself. Incorporating time pressure into the mechanics would have better reinforced the theme moment-to-moment.
The shader work is pretty awesome very visually appealing
I liked the experimental nature and the oppressive environmental feeling!
Pretty good game, liked the atmosphere and sounds!
Nice play on the theme too! Good joj!
Thank you so much for playing!
A really good looking 3d platformer. Well done!
Thank you so much!
Was curious to thee more about this game when i saw footage on discord. This shader made it 5 stars in the art department for me. Really nice effect. You sure these are only 2 colors though?
Level design was good too imo. I felt lost in these dark caves but kinda knew where to go too. Good job in overall :)
i really like the character reminds me of the guy in super mario haha. Cool shader too (:
good enjoyable game only critism is that i got some times and the camera was way too gitery but thats no problem like a lot could exand on it
Thanks for the feedback! I'm gonna continue updating the game after the jam, so I'll try to improve the camera :)
this is pretty good for a game jam project. the creature is creepy enough to keep you moving. the only thing i would like to tell you is, that at the first try it is hard to tell, what and how you're suposed to do.
Thanks for the feedback! I think I'm gonna continue working on the game after the jam, so I'll make sure to make it more clear what you need to do
Looks really good — the monster is creepy. Trying to collect artifacts, gain time, and avoid the monster at the same time was challenging.
Thank you for playing and for your kind words!
