A small Tutorial or Instruction would be nice, but otherwise i like that the game is quick and lets you start and play right away and figure things out on yourself.

this is very well done. I can see myself playing this game sometimes, when i am bored and have a little bit of time to spare.

i like that you made multiple levels.

And ii even liked the qte, normally i hate QTEs in all games, but here they are a nice addition.

i had fun playing this game espacialy while blasting "major tom" through my speakers. it takes a second to get the hang of it, but it is managable.

but maybe the ship should start on the white stripe to give the player a chance to get started properly.

ok, the game works fine for what it is. the difficulty is completely dependend on how fast your triggerfinger is. i found out, that if can hit a button up to 10 times a second you will wipe out all enemys within a couple of seconds. which is not neccesserely a bad thing, just something i noticed. sound could use a little fine tuning but otherwise it works.

(1 edit)

one thing is that the player Character either moves too slow or too fast (depending on upgrades), maybe having the speed-upgrade in multiple "levels" would solve that.

the other is that walls feel pretty thick, probably because the walls or the player have a very large collisionmask etc. it just feels like you have to move a little bit more than you should,, or i get stuck on corners a lot.

this is awesome.

took a while to find the tutorial and to get a clue what to do, but if you at some point figure it out it can be a lot of fun, but sometimes actions like reparing, fueling don't work properly and then end your run.

i am not sure, what i was doing or what i was supposed to do. after a few tries i figured out, that you have to avoid thepeople to get to the next room, but what ever i did it always endet the same way.

Thanks to the other comments i now realised it is apparently inspired by a book.

I But i liked the design and the colorswap you used.

for what it is i like it. it is very simple and short, but considering it has has only 3 rooms, it was well made.

this is kind cute and i do see quite some potential in this project, given som more work and some fine tuning (some tutorials etc.) this could be a good game.

i like this game. It is a pretty cool concept. sadly in many runs i did not have the time to make my way back to base/find my base and then move to the next objective. Maybe if the time would be calculated a little bit more dynamic it would work a lot better.

I think this game hit the right spot of frustration, to make you keep going. even if i think that some jumps are way to tight.

But over all this is one of the most unique jump'n runs with this simplicity i have ever seen.

Sadly i can't play it ".pck file is missing"

Thank you.

Yes, sadly had to work a lot this week, so i didn't have enough time, to finish everything, but i will finish the project in the next few days.

simple but good. I kinda like that there is not that much, that can distract you from the meteor, so that the feeling of the end can really sink in.

I like your spin on the Rougelike/Rougelite genre. It feels a little bit rough and choppy at some points but otherwise it offers quite some fun and variety. i like that you can choose you playstyle, whit all the things you can pick up.

the idea is pretty cool and i like the design. but sadly the game runs so slow on my PC that i run out of time, before i can reach anything in level 2, it is like 5FPS.

this is pretty good for a game jam project. the creature is creepy enough to keep you moving. the only thing i would like to tell you is, that at the first try it is hard to tell, what and how you're suposed to do.
