After finishing it for the first time, I wondered how fast you can beat this game. My best is around 8 minutes. I imagine having a time leaderboard would make the game so much more addictive. Also, the cookie gets so big so fast that the only thing I can see is a few colored pixels, and I have to manually search for what needs boosting at that moment.

Even though I read that lives multiply scores, it was still a bit confusing why a round was won, or why I lost the very first level even though I beat every chess piece. Managed to score 990. Cool game.

I WON!! (with -$11 in my pocket, -1 ear, and -1 eye). And the only thing I had to do was have mad skills (just keep throwing dice). Insanely good game for a 1 week jam.

I had so much plans for my full hand of banana peels and other good stuff, but then the LOOP happened 😩
Beautiful game

That was easy. I liked the idea of one-sided strategic deck-building.

I second that holy moly comment below. Everything is top notch, 5/5. And with just 2 people! I thought it was made by at least 4 people. Animations are crazy.

I love that you actually have to risk it if you want to beat the game. After another death around the 7th level, I once again faced a choice to either return to an empty store with my one-and-a-half million (in spidar coins equivalent) or risk it and go for the finish - and it worked out.

Game is so good and so fitting for the theme that I just can't say anything more

Ha, I thought I was cooked when I had to use all 6 of my items on last spot, but it turned out to be the final stage. Cool game, stylish interface.

Lol, I've never seen a unit-based mouse control in an avoidance game. RTS + obstacle avoidance is a kinda interesting idea.

Sees a box full of, ehm, brown sausages. "Oh, it's a dog treat." Daaamn, this game is life-accurate. Too bad I got stuck on the green portal island, frickin dogs blocked my way out after I talked to the golden dog. Felt so close to the finale.

Escaped on the first try, lol. Did I get impossibly lucky? I didn't even encounter a single falling spike. I only found out they could fall on you during my second play. The art and music are so good, I honestly thought it was some popular asset pack.

Despite the glitchy cart, it's still possible to finish tho.

This was way more fun than I expected after reading it's your first 2D game. I really enjoyed it. For the bugs, you already know about the one where you can open the door before the camera stops. Also, on some of the more complex shapes, you might miss a tiny spot that is hard to see; you kinda have to spam click all over the shape to hit it. Overall, it's a good game.

Well, the game is simple. Congrats on finishing it for the jam. You definitely have the skills to make types of games that look more complex on the surface but really aren't that hard to create. I'm talking about shoot 'em ups, for example. They're pretty much the same unless you're creating complex enemy patterns or bosses. Good luck on your next game.

Is it supposed to be only 20 seconds for the first level? Difficulty is insane, couldn't beat it that fast.

Damn, that's a deep game. Also, those dithering animations are so cool.

Cool pixel art

LOL

How an [unofficial] OST and a meme poster can boost a game's feel

Cool art

That suitcase got a freaking bank inside lol

Are you a winner? You look like a winner. Congratulations! This is the most polished game I've seen yet. Not only are the visuals great, but it also has a gameplay depth while still looking like a hypercasual game.

Well, that fox is indeed risking it for the biscuit. You can pretty much go on indefinitely if you have the patience. I got impatient and went for a game over after hitting a score of 100. A level system with specific goals and increasingly hostile hazards, like dogs or static obstacles, would add variety. Maybe some power-ups, rewards for combos.

It definitely has that minecraft feeling of "should I mine more, or is it time to go back up". Felt the suspense, thinking "will I find the path back and get back in time?". Luckily, I beat it on the first try with over 100 more chips than were needed.  Also, great visuals and audio, perfectly matching the game.

Very interesting 'risk' twist on a pipe puzzle mechanic

Challenging game. 3rd level is where I gave up

Holy cow! I've been playing this game for a few days, it's unexpectedly fun. I almost missed everything, as I only accidentally discovered you can merge items after over an hour, and found out I could see the next enemies even later. I won't even say when I finally noticed what the speed stat is for (yea, I intentionally ignore text in games lol). You can definitely mix up builds to progress faster, but I have no clue how to beat it in just 6 fights AND have a red build at the end. notes lol

Stylish and interesting gameplay

fun game

They get extremely hard at the end. After spending 30 minutes on level 10, I had a large table of good and bad tiles, but I never guessed the answer was THAT table. Skipped level 11 quickly by luck, with a different rule in mind. Couldn't guess the rule for that level.

The poster art alone is great. Cool game.

I made a beginner’s mistake of not using delta time😭 The game is not supposed to be slow

Ha, funny shifting concept. Allows for cool level designs

I'm not sure about escaping the loop if it's an ending with a secret condition. I remember not getting any new levels and (maybe) a congratulations screen.

So addictive. Found myself playing over and over even after beating the game... and even more.

hardcore lock-picking mini-game you might see in some cruel indie game

Well-executed platformer with stylish graphics and pleasant sound. A relaxing experience, I liked it. Had no trouble with the levels.

Wow, your version is infinitely more unique. And the paddle’s sway when it moves adds to the satisfaction.

Sick controller mechanics, never seen anything like it, except for more complex examples like Carrion. The snake rendering is awesome, and the visuals are solid overall. Just the inner tiles feel a bit flat. Got a lucky run with bunnies falling into my biome, but still didn't managed to get big enough. Around night eight, FPS suddenly started dropping fast and hit slideshow levels for no obvious reason. Can be RNG-dependent at the start. Cool game, I like it.

Yeah, unique idea for a platformer, but level four doesn't start, and it felt like we were just getting started.
