How does the game fit the theme?
After each level up, you have a choice: you can choose an upgrade and preserve your streak, which affects the strength of the next upgrade, or you can heal your missing health and lose your streak, missing out on stronger upgrades.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
- Audio: SFX and music (sourced from pixabay)

A very good game! Went on the asthetics hard, and the gameplay loop was addicting enough that I came back for more after my first run! The audio is good, it fits the game well and the CRT visuals are a nice touch for that acradey look! The game doesn't really match the theme though, and the range for picking up EXP is not that much larger than just walking to them, but what was made is still impressive! Good job!
Good, polished game. There's a bug though: you can buy upgrades multiple times before they disappear, and if you go above level 10, the enemy spawner breaks.
Thanks for playing and the bug report, thanks for the report of the wave issue cuz i thought we fixed it the other one we know.
Great game! A lot of fun! I would love if the game told me more about what the upgrades were more explicitly
Hey, thanks for the feedback, we figured that they were pretty self explanitory but youre absolutely right, they can be confusing, we thought off adding sonething like a tooltip that pops up when you hover over the icon / upgrade
Very cool UI !
Thanks man
Great game!
Things to feedback:
- maybe should change the color of the cursor? cant see when my bullets are flying
- unsure what the upgrades are until i try it
- not sure if its intended but the triangle gave more exp and they are easier to kill as well
First up thanks for your detailed feedback, originally there were Tooltips planned for the upgrades when you hover over them but we scrapped them due to time, the triangles spawing more XP and beeing easier to kill is intended, to make it A: rewarding to kill / chase them and B:To make them easy to kill when they fly to you but we need to Balance them more
Good job! Fun, interesting game that fits theme well. I see big potential for further development in this game! But the only thing I would like to do is reduce the shader effect because my eyes got tired in the middle of the game, maybe it happened only with me, increase camera distance to see where u are dashing, sometimes i dashed into enemies because i didn't see them, and of cource add "hold to fire"😅
Keep making games! Well done!
Thanks for playing glad to hear you enjoyed it, we also encountered the issue with the dashing that's why we added i Frames for like 0.1 seconds after the dash but maybe it wasn't enough? Did you feel that? Do we need to increase it? Wanna hear your opinnion
The UI is both stylized and minimalist. The art direction holds together really well and the gameplay is smooth. I would have preferred "hold to shoot" and some music to set the atmosphere. Nice work!
Really like it. But do add hold to shot. My finger is gonna cramp if there are more levels.
Really cool game; I wasn't expecting a CRT-style theme, which was a cool surprise for me. It also has a really good player controller! Well done.
Mixing a classic shoot-em-up with Vampire Survivor style gameplay worked out really well. The artwork is amazing and the sound choices were perfect!
Thank's man we apprechiate it
Absolute PEAK of a game, although I couldn't see the health of the player? or maybe i just wasn't looking good enought... Also the post-processing effect that made it look like a retro computer? GREAT idea!!!
First up thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed , for your problem : the health bar it should be the green bar at the bottom but yeah it's easy to miss.
Fun game with a great sense of progression. Could use more enemy variety and higher limits, since it feels a bit simple right now. Some sound and FPS issues (probably HTML-related), but with fixes it could be very enjoyable.
yeah i think the lag is HTML related, but glad you liked it, the current System is based on Ressource files for data for each wave and we didn't have time to balance more so we lowered the scope, there will be probably something like an endelss mode with a score in a post jam update
Hey! Your game graphic looks so cool, my game is similar to yours too I guess just different mechanics of choosing ability at each waves. I enjoyed yours, if you try ours too then we will be happy :)
Tanks for playing, will definetely check out yours when im free
fun game! the upgrade symbols are simple enough to understand even if there is no description. Good job was a lot of fun!
Really fun, keep it up!
ıf you get a chance, we’d love your feedback on our mining game, where you can risk your money to try and earn even more!
Yaaayyy a plastic cup!
I love these kind of games! Great Visuals. Audio was very glitchy tho, but thats an html problem i guess..^^
Different Weapon Types and Ranged Enemies would add a little more depth to the game. But thats in 7 Days a hard thing to accomplish. I want more! :)
Thanks for making this!
thank you very much for playing, great to hear that you had fun and congrats to that epic plastic cup
This was quite fun. Having to decide which upgrade to pick was nice and the overall aesthetic of the game made for a fun experience. I did experience some lag though and on the browser version the audio is a bit inaudible on my end in case this is something you are on the look out for. But generally, I did enjoy this game quite a bit.
tysm for the feedback , we encountered the lag after updating it yesterday and weren't able to fix it but it should work on the downloaded version just fine
Great job! I love the retro vibe & the smooth gameplay. The level progression is well designed. The music and visuals fit the overall scene really well.
thank you very much, great to hear that the progression feels right
Bravo. Great rendition of the survivors.io archetype. Great shader work, controls, polish, attention to detail - all top notch. I really liked how enemies get kicked back by the shots, for example. Everything was spot on. Great work.
Thank you so much.
Nice visuals! Both our games are very similar. Great game! XD
Looked up your game. Its indeed a similar concept.
