I love how "risking it" is built even into the attack patterns, where you can either get hit but not have to wait or wait for them to turn red and damage them without getting hit.

Couldn't really find out how it tied in with "Risk It for the Biscuit," but cool game nonetheless!

I love the visuals and the gameplay! Unfortunately, I couldn't finish the game due to a glitch that stopped my from pressing the spin button, but it was amazing while it lasted!

I liked the game, but it was very confusing to get into and I couldn't really find how it fits with the theme

Love the little Australian bakers, very fun game to play and very well balanced, pretty nice art, really good game overall!

Yeah, both of those were added as afterthoughts. We had bigger plans for them, but they never got finished. Thanks for the rating, though!

Thanks for playing downloadable games, they really cause a disadvantage to the developers. I'd love to try your game too!

Yeah, our game wasn't able to be built for browser because the shaders didn't work. We've struggled to get above 20 ratings, and we really feel the effect of not making our game browser-friendly. Thank you for this post!

Our game's 3D! (With some cool shaders too)

Wow! Two ratings? As a developer who's struggling to get above 20, that would help a ton! I'll play your game too.

I'm also trying to get at least 50 games rated, so posts like this help a lot!

I'd love to rate yours if you rate ours!

Our game is a slot machine roguelike in a vaporwave aesthetic.

Hmm, that's odd. It's supposed to have a black background with a green border. Maybe something wasn't rendering correctly?

I'd love to play yours if you play ours!

I'd love to play yours, but my computer is a Mac :(

I'd love to do a rate 4 rate!

This was my first game jam, but one of my teammates had done this before.

777.exe is a slot machine roguelike where you try not to lose all your money

Thanks! Never heard a comment about manually typing in bets before. I'll take note of that for if we finish the game!

Thanks for that! I had a lot of fun making the art for this. The balancing is way off, because we didn't playtest or balance at all. If we finish this, we're definitely going to work on that.

Great sound design, great mechanics, fun to play, very risky.

Controls are hard, gameplay is good, love the background music. Nothing less than what I would expect from a Celeste-like platformer!

(Also almost gave me carpal tunnel, another aspect that stays true to Celeste)

Pretty mediocre game, couldn't find out how it fit with the theme, amazing art though!

Amazing art, very original premise, great risk/reward ratio.

Really fun! Might need a bit of balancing to make the score lower as rounds progress (if I can play a deckbuilding roguelike with ease then it isn't balanced correctly), but I love it and it's highly addictive.

Sure has no relation to any sort of popular videogame whatsoever.....

Still really cool how you designed the mechanics for the chess puzzles, and more balancing and Balatro-like aspects than we could cram into our game at the time, though!

Really, really cool concept! Very fun to play, visuals are immaculate, I got 56 on my first try (mostly because I was really lucky the first few moves). Pretty much a fully polished, ready-to-go game!

I love the visuals. I'm horrible at stock trading minigames, so it makes sense that I would lose all my money instantly. Very good for a first game jam, though this is my first game jam too, so I don't know if I can judge.

Great game! Loved how creative each of the levels were, and the artstyle was nice. Some of the levels I had challenges with, due to the fact that it was hard for my mouse to move out of the screen, but I had a lot of fun anyways. Great job!

No joke, I had so much fun playing that I forgot to rate it for 2 days. 5/5 on enjoyment.

Yeah, we didn't have time for balancing. If we fix this up for an actual game, we'd totally do more playtesting and make it more fun to play.

So fun to play, so much polish, just a little bit of bugfixing and it would be ready for release!

(help I can't stop I'm addicted)

Thank you! We were going to put a full screen button, but we didn't have the time. Unfortunately, I can't play your game because I'm on Mac, but one of my teammates probably can!

Very creative concept, very cute artstyle, very good music, obviously balanced well, funny jokes, what's not to love?
(sorry I broke the 69 reviews)

Simple concept, cute artstyle, kept me engaged for ten minutes longer than it should've. This is good game design!

Really cool concept! I didn't get the main idea until I played a few levels, but it was a cool idea nonetheless. Artwork could use a little work, and the music could loop better, but it's better than I could do in that time (I had a team)

Very cool! I  like the concept. The platforming could use a little work, but is good overall. Fits in with the theme well, as you have to take risks both to get biscuits and to use them. Me like derpy cat 👍

It's a very creative concept, pretty good execution! I don't feel like it ties in with the theme very well, as the gambling mechanics seem like an afterthought. One way to make it "riskier for the biscuitier" would be if you couldn't see what your opponents were doing, but it kept me engaged for a while. Definitely promise here, just doesn't fit that well into this jam.

Thank you!

Have you tried yet? I just pushed a new update that should fix most screen resolution issues.
