Glad you enjoyed! Level 9 has movable platforms that'll let you get across

Thanks for the feedback! I see your point about the jumping platform. I've seen friends have the same issue when playing, and it is a kinda boring runback if you don't get it. Perhaps making that platform jump sideways regardless of whether the player is pressing "d" would work to get around that issue. There's probably something to improve about the jump too.
This is a fun concept but quite difficult. I didn't realize the gimmick with the first level until reading your comment here. I think if you moved the text so the "no" is in an area that the player might accidentally jump on to, it might be better, since the next levels u can figure out after that. I also found the suspicion and human needs meters to be very unforgiving. Great use of theme though
Without reading the description, I wouldn't have understood how the theme fit into the game. Once reading it, it makes more sense. I liked the 3d visuals, and I don't see that much in game jams, so good job. The gameplay is fun but after I started to understand how to throw things, the one-hit one kill was too easy.
I like the minigame concept. The art was great and very interesting. On my first try, I didn't realize I had to press A and D back forth to run so that was tough the figure out at first. I like the idea of having to break the rules to cheat, although after the first game, I didn't see a need to cheat again. The last level with the maze was a little boring. I found myself looking for shortcuts. Perhaps the maze game could use a timer to make things more intense.
Really difficult to understand what I'm trying to do in the game. I was intrigued at the start, but after the baby jump scared me when I got to the top, it seemed the instructions were unclear. Even though I tried to make my way down to kill the baby, I had no idea how. Also, not exactly sure how the horror theme itself fits with the theme of rules are meant to broken.
I think this would be more fun if I could crash through the trees as well, since I ended up crashing into them a lot and only got a few seconds of drive time each time. Maybe I'm just a bad driver, but I think the keyboard controls were also pretty difficult. The joystick was great though. A retry button would be great for when the cops get u. Overall good concept, just found it a bit too hard to build some momentum
I thought the player and enemies looked really good and the animations were great.
There was some lag though, and the collisions were a little unpredictable. I got stuck near ledges, and got moved by enemies a lot (though this was sometimes fun, I could kinda ride the backs of bats). The character speed felt too slow, and there were times when new rules didnt seem to appear (first rule i got was dont jump, but the next one seemed to be dont dash, and it didn't appear. the no jump bar just filled up again when i was dashing). The mouse clicks could also be better if the player turned in the direction of the click.
Good job though, i think a few tweaks and bug fixes woud go a long way
Love the theme of the game and art style. I liked that after each round there were choices to make, but I will say that once I chose the one with lights out it became less fun because I was just scrambling instead of being able to strategically move around. That's my fault for picking that though lol. Overall, good job and good luck!
