huge fan of the art!! i couldn't figure out all the controls (<- clown who hasn't played any metroid games) but i really love the concept and still had a lot of fun playing it over and over again anyway. amazing job :))

Using the 2D lighting package would have been smart, and I'd learn it if I ever had to make something like this again. What I ended up doing was writing a scuffed version of raytracing combined with a ridiculous amount of stencil shaders, which is why the light can look a little weird at times. I also believe that good practices should be shared and encouraged, and for that reason I'm not going to comment on how we made the shaking text...

Loved it! After playing a lot of generic platformers, this game's fishy grapple mechanics were ironically pretty refreshing.

Loved it! Usually, a game with a difficult perspective and cruel levels would be frustrating— this one is charming. I also like how it's possible to skip the second phase of each level by letting the homing spike block get close to you to touch both goals in quick succession, adding in an element of intensity.

The puzzles were super fun and endearing! Loved the concept.

Amazing game! The presentation immediately took me in, it looks super neat and the lighting felt great. I loved the sounds too, they really made the game feel alive. I played it to the end, and the "aha! moments" definitely were there, haha. Though I do wish there was some constant indication of each part's use, and/or which parts had already been activated. Overall, fantastic job! Excited to see what you'll all make next.

Amazingly polished for a jam game; the art is charming and the ending was great!

I wish there were sound effects, but the game told its story well nonetheless.

Good job!

Great game! Lots of polish and potential.

Nice catch! We've updated the supported platforms, thanks for letting us know.

Nice game! Exploring the idea of using a single bullet to combo kills is pretty satisfying, but it would be nicer if you could see your score after the time runs out.

Great main mechanic! The idea of dropping walls to kill enemies is explored very well with varied enemy interactions, but I felt the pacing could have been faster.

The attention to detail is insane for a game made in two days, but I wish the controls were more intuitive.

Lots to discover!

Great art! Would be even cooler if the torch interacted with the environment more.

Interesting twist on turn based puzzles!
