The most original module I’ve read so far in the Jam! The vibe is cool and brings some memories. Putting in The Sink makes it also quite interesting breaking a bit the oppressing mood over there.

A great module to introduce new players to Mothership! Easy to prep and easy to read without being scarce of information! I like the fact both bw and color versions are available. Nitpick I would have liked less dense blocks but that’s really a personal fav which is not much relevant of the quality here.

I like how the layout serves perfectly the module and the plot. It’s cool to see another murder-mystery based module!

This module is probably the one I will play first! DOPTOWN is such an interesting place to play and the sensors mechanism sounds really fun! The layout is effective and the infos quite easy to find.

I like the overall idea especially the Entity! However the layout is a bit hard to read for me and thank you for the eye friendly version. Maybe I’m a bit old school but I would have preferred less content more focused on less ideas.

What a layout! That’s so appealing! Not sure how this neon effect would do once printed but it’s sick and super well executed. I also like the smart way to handle giving infos about hints and clues. It’s super effective and without adding much! The story is also pretty good and we don’t need much to start a game!

Yay space hag! They’re the best! Strong module, fast to put anywhere to start a quick game with multiple challenges! Maybe I would have wished for a hook or two.

First, I love the design and the layout! They’re going really well with the content and the whole clones/AI situations. The actual story and factions are quite fun to integrate in a bigger campaign as a subplot and I know exactly where I would put them in one of my table.

Yes tokens are a great idea! Actually thanks I would probably create ones dedicated to the HYPERFAST sub-system!

So they have 20 actions total per PC (which is really less). The system is made to be playable in a 1h30-2h max session. The idea of a counter is also to be customized by the Warden to have a slower game or something crazy with like only 10 moves (“BOOST MODE ACTIVATED”).

Would you be interested to have a blog post about the HYPERFAST system?

  • About the actual play part for the HYPERFAST sub-system it’s something I’m planning to do at some point :).

  • About the rolls I tend to be “generous” but you’re right adjusting the economy might be better. The ones for the Fail States are more a gimmick for the HYPERFAST system so I would limit the one before reaching these states even if those rolls are (obviously) happening at the worst time (after the whole game etc).

I wasn’t able to put down this massive book. Everything in it shouts “play me!”. It’s a super graceful game leveraging many social aspects of dungeoncrawling. I can’t wait to find a group to experiment!
