This seemed like an interesting idea. I had some trouble figuring out how to place things, still it's a neat prototype. Great job!

Great game! It felt very polished. Feels like a lot of work went into this one, great job!

Hey! I kept having this issue where the balls would start bouncing really fast and go all over the place. It was a neat remake of older flash games I sued to play, so I got some nostalgia. Good Job overall!

Very neat game! I really enjoyed his one. The concept of the weight system was a unique take on this genre. Wish the play map was a bit bigger, but i still had  a ton of fun! Good job.

The music put me back in my Minecraft days! Really enjoyed how chill the game was. I had an issue every time i deleted a link and replaced it with a machine, it didn't  relink the rain and my energy kept flashing like between 30 and 35 and would go down when i try to build more watermills.

Overall great job!

Haha, glad you enjoyed the sounds! Thanks for playing our game :)

Hey, thanks a ton for the detailed review and for taking the time to play our game! Watching someone outside of the dev team play is super insightful and helps us see where we can improve, so I genuinely appreciate that.

The idea of a ghostly world when the swap failed was something we wanted to implement, but time constraints got in the way. Thanks for pointing out the bug about the game not resetting; we'll definitely look into that. And yes, the writer did intentionally repeat that phrase for emphasis. 😊

Once again, thanks for the feedback and the tips. It means a lot to us!

Thanks for the in-depth feedback! I appreciate the breakdown. We'll definitely take note of the areas you mentioned, especially regarding the clarity of where to go and the phasing mechanics. We'll also look into improving the UX for dialog choices. Glad you enjoyed the music, graphics, and the core metroidvania elements. Your feedback will help in refining the game further. Thanks for playing! 🕹️🙏

Thanks for the detailed feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the art style and audio. We'll definitely consider voice acting for future updates. Noted on the gravity and the insta-death feedback. I appreciate the suggestions and we will look into making those adjustments. Thanks for playing! 🎮👍

Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed the level design and felt the guidance was on point. Really appreciate the 10/10. Means a lot! 🙌

Yes, regarding the controls I was referring to having to combo buttons. I can't remember last time I've played a game featuring right handed movement and left handed actions (except for of course on itch.io jams). It's hard for me because I'm so used to the WASD controls on my left hand and actions on my right.

So the main issue for me was having to combo a bunch of actions without a softer learning curve (ease in). So it was a struggle for me personally, but one easy fix is to bind both WASD and arrow keys (and respective action keys). The other thing that could be done is a bit of easing in for players to get comfortable with controls but that's hard to do during a Jam time frame!

But this was a great submission and I can defiantly see the effort you put in so great job!

Hey, thanks so much for checking out our game! I'm glad you enjoyed the time switching mechanic and the pirate theme. Really appreciate your feedback and kind words. Cheers! 🏴‍☠️🕰️

The vibe of this game was spot on! Mixing 2D and 3D graphics was a cool choice. It was a bit rough around the edges, but taking down those skellies was a blast. Good stuff!

Really dug the art and animations in this one! And those portals in the level design? Super cool touch. Great Job!

This game had such a chill vibe, and in 3D too! Those synthy studio assets? Always a win in my book. Though, that swordsman through the mine portal kept taking me out in one hit. But overall, really cool game. Keep it up!

That loading screen was adorable! The color palette was a bit limited in some spots, but it kinda worked for this game. Nice work on it!

That atmosphere was spot on! And the little Star Wars dude? Super adorable. Hope you keep working on this one, it's got potential!

Haha, moonwalking as a dog and shooting to jump higher? Great stuff! Had a blast with it.

Man, that game was heavy on the graphics, even for my 4070Ti! I think this might be the only jam game made with Unreal. And over 2GB? That's wild. But hey, the graphics were top-notch. Nice work on this!

Really liked the art and sounds in this one! And the controls were smooth. Great job!

Digging the artwork! Had a bit of a time with the controls, but that's probably on me. Keep it up!

Those sprites caught my eye! They remind me of something, but I can't quite figure out what. Anyway, had a good time playing it. Nice work!

Is this an empty submission, or am I just blind?

Hey, that game gave me some serious old-school platformer vibes, kinda nostalgic! And those cutscenes, vfx, and animations? So good. You really did a great job with this one!

Hey, had to also mess with some console commands to get it going. Once I did, it was a fun playthrough! Some stuff was a bit hard to see, but overall, it was a cool game. Nice work!

Just curios, why did you use 2018 version of Unity? I was trying to run this on my emulator but it wouldn't run :(

Ah, couldn't get this one to run. Do I need Java installed? Wanted to give it a try!

Hey, that cracked glass background was a nice touch! Though, I got a bit stuck trying to jump onto the platform. Those light-up bullets from the gun were pretty rad. Neat stuff!

Hey, that puzzle system was awesome! This game's got some real potential. The viewpoint was unique and worked really well. Plus, the character animation gave me a good laugh! Excellent work!

Hey, the level design was on point! And those VFX? Loved how the enemies just went 'poof'! Great Job!

Hey, props for making a 3D game, even with the basic assets. Those VFX were cool! Maybe think about adding a sensitivity setting for the mouse aiming? Oh, and I had this weird thing where after checking out the settings, I couldn't aim anymore and had to restart. Just a heads up. But overall, solid effort!

Hey! Good effort on this, I've never made a game in python so I have no idea how it works but it was interesting to see all the art assets packed with the game file. It was very laggy for me though, here's the error code i got. Hopefully it helps!

Man, I was zoomin it in this game! Not sure I'd call it a metroidvania, but running around super fast collecting gems was fun. Great effort, keep polishing it!

Hey, those character animations caught my eye! The whole vibe felt like a 2D Dark Souls castle setting, which was awesome. Noticed a bit of jitter with the character though, maybe it's something with the camera sync and physics? Just guessing. Anyway, really cool game overall!

Hey, this game really gave off those metroidvania vibes! The mechanics were smooth, and the animations and vfx were on point. Great job with this one!

Hey, I liked the movement in this one, gave me casual platformer vibes. Though, sometimes the environment made it tricky to figure out where I could walk. Still, solid effort on this!

Hey, I really liked this one! The sound effects during the dialog and cutscenes were a nice touch. Some puzzles got me because of the controls, but other than that, it was a blast. The art's on point too. Good stuff!

Okay, I might be missing something obvious, but I got a bit stuck in the first room. Grabbed the blue key and then... not sure where to go next. Any hints?

Hah, that breathing was a bit creepy, loved it! However I was not able to get far as I tried a few times and kept getting this error (incase it helps you solve something):

First of all, great name! The game was super cute and all the vfx made it feel put together. Chatting with the NPCs was delightful. Great Job!
