Thanks for the feedback! I think the controls not responding sometimes is a web-based thing because I didn't experience it in my test runs. I'll look into that though. I'm planning to add some more enemies in the future (I had to scrap a lot of enemies for time reasons). I'll also try experimenting with different ways of encouraging weapon switching.

I never thought about that, but that's a great idea! There was quite a bit of content that I wasn't able to add, so I might continue working on it and put it on mobile.

Really nice concept! The art and visual effects are very nice, along with the sound effects. I would recommend introducing elements slower though. I got confused a lot. Once I learned how things worked, though, the game was really enjoyable!

Really cool concepts and a ton of great levels to go with it! It feels really polished, and I think a lot of people would enjoy playing a full post-jam version!

A really cool interpretation of the theme! I don't think I've seen this sort of mechanic used in any other games either. The art and sound work really well with the game too! The only suggestion I have is to make the movement faster. Other than that, great game!

The atmosphere is really nice, and I think the simple graphics work to the game's advantage. Also, props to you for adding input buffering and coyote time to the game. It makes it feel very polished, and its not something that there's always time for in a game jam. Well done!

I wish the timing was a little less strict, but, besides that, I really enjoyed it. The art style is really cute!

Really cool concept! The idea behind the game is unique and makes for interesting gameplay. The art and music fits the game well.

Nice overall concept! I also liked how you included a cutscene in the beginning; not many game jam games are able to do that. A little bit of a nitpick, but I found the font to be difficult to read.

You turned a pretty simple concept into a great, complex game. It's nice to take a step back and think about the situation differently, and the calming music suits the game well.

The gameplay feels a lot like Baba is You, but it also makes itself different in its own way. The way the blocks work is really interesting, and I like the idea of extending your health to break parts of the world!

Nice concept! I was a little confused on how to play the game at first, but it was pretty fun after learning it. If you made more levels in the future, it would be cool to see how hectic it would be controlling all of the lasers. I enjoyed it!

The concept behind the game is really cool. I liked how the game controls and how the physics feel. The only issue I had was the climbing. I'm not sure if it was intended to be really difficult to climb. Maybe it just wasn't communicated very well? That aside, the game and the concept behind it is great!

The concept of the game is really interesting and has a lot of potential! The only complaint I have is that the movement feels a bit clunky. Besides that, great game!

The main idea is so simple, but it allows for a lot of complexity in the puzzles. I like how the game eases the player into all of the ways you can use the main mechanic. This is definitely one of the better puzzle games I've played!

Really fun demo! I'm really looking forward to a full release. From playing the demo, I really enjoyed the combat system and story.

Thanks! I'm surprised I overlooked that. Just added it to the game page in case anyone else plays the game.

It's quite buggy right now, but it has a lot of potential. The pixel art and animations are really good!

A nice recreation of breakout. I liked the palette you used for it, and the music is good. The ball probably shouldn't have been scaled since it goes above the resolution, but that's a pretty minor thing.

The shotgun mechanic works really well, and the art for the game is really good! I like the challenging difficulty of the game, but a checkpoint or two would have been nice. Really well done!

The art and music are really well done! The beginning cutscene was a nice addition to the game. The different upgrades and difficulty settings kept me playing for quite a while. A backup weapon would be nice to have, since there is no way to get more ammo if you can't shoot.

I like how you used the limitation for the jam! It's easy to understand what's going on, and the controls are easy to understand. The trail was also a nice touch for the visuals. The ship jittering is a little annoying, but not enough to take away from the experience.

The graphics for the game look nice and the movement feels really good. The asteroids should probably blend into the background more, so it's easy to know they're not dangerous, but other than that, it's really good! Well done!

I liked the idea of the game and the mechanics. You might want to turn off anti-aliasing, because the game tends to look blurry.

The lane-style movement works well with the game. The reload mechanic also adds more depth to the classic shoot 'em up. It would be cool if the game increased difficulty a little faster.

The story is simple and funny! It feels nice and fun to play.

The size changing mechanic is really cool! I like how there's a tradeoff between size and speed.

Very fun! I like how you used the plugs as a mechanic in the game. The level design is nice too.

I like the concept of building the tetramino. It's cool that you beat the game by getting past the line. Tetris appears a lot, and it's cool to see it done in a unique way!

The game works really well with the small resolution! The combat feels really solid. The only issue I have with it is that sometimes enemies stay behind cover for a long amount of time. I like the old-school idea of just putting you in the game and letting you discover what the game has to offer. If you expand upon it, I think it would be a great commercial release!

Nice, solid gameplay. Flinging the character around feels really satisfying. It's easy to understand, but allows for a wide skill range.

I liked the use of the recoil mechanic! The aesthetic of the game is really nice too. You don't see many 3D games with a low resolution, but they're always interesting.

It was a little confusing for me at first, but I could see myself getting addicted to it. The art looks nice, and the gameplay is fun when you learn how the game works!

I liked the art and music of the game, along with the arcade-style gameplay. The hitboxes were a little big, but besides that minor issue, it was very fun. Well done!

If I'm thinking about the right thing, you should be able to click on "More info" and then "Run anyway."

I would keep the game pretty simple: even more than other game jams. The player won't be able to see very far, so large, open areas are pretty hard to implement. I'm going to keep most of my sprites 8x8.
