Really appreciate your comment, I’m glad you got to the ending reference as I don’t think many did. Thanks for playing! :D

I do get that honestly, I planned for it to have multiple types of enemies that require different things to defeat them and ways to move the round man ahead or slow him down, but honestly time constraints only allowed me to make what is in the game currently, especially as a solo dev. Thanks for the feedback still! Thanks for playing.
What a well made game! Really impressed, especially with the creative tasks for every job, I did like that. Having to managa a kitchen that wants to set itself on fire was fun aswell.
I would say the game needs to be a bit more forgiving, maybe make tasks quicker to do or like some others mentioned have all the dishes be cleanable in one go, as I found myself just finishing the last order, trying to put out the fires and fix the sink, got to wash 2 dishes and it was already the next day! I do get the intention that is being aimed at with this game and I do like it, but I feel like the things mentioned just now take away from the actual fun.
I'm not sure if this is a bug aswell, but my movement gets locked everytime I pick up an ingredient, which just slowed down the pace of the game in a unfavourable way, making the "GAME FEEL" feel more sluggish.
This is still a really well made game especially for a game jam, well done!
Here is mine, have a go! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3348076
Really well made game the mechanics and movement are very well done. I am really impressed at how clean the main menu is aswell! The gameplay and enemies are very nice and challenging. Only thing I'd say is I wish there was more health regen or atleast you go back to full health at the end of a floor, as the difficulty curve just shoots up. Other than that, well done!
Really creative, really innovative. I really loved the text in each level giving you a bit of a message aswell, thoroughly enjoyed the puzzles.
There were some iffy things when it came to the moving platforms and responsiveness of the controls, but this is a game jam entry so thats understandable. Well done!
This is such an interesting game, its like those run and gun games but you are literally the gun haha
I really enjoyed playing this, the bouncing bullets were a nice idea aswell as that helped differentiate it from this classic game type. I found myself having defeated all the enemies dying to my own bullets :D
Really nice game!
ABSOLUTELY loved this. This really felt like I was playing five nights at freddy's but calm and peaceful with the mechanics of the game. They're very responsive and tactile. I love the slow ramping up as the days past by.
If I were to nitpick I'd say maybe have a bit of an indicator as to where the trouble is, especially if you want to ramp up the difficulty and pace. This is a subjective opinion though, it works without indicators aswell.
Loved the voice acting. Amazing game!
Really innovative game mechanic. Does take a few moments to learn, but it is a really well made mechanic I did enjoy the platforming, although it wasn't clear that you can wall jump, had to figure that out. The story is obviously incomplete, however I do appreciate that this is a game jam submission. Amazing effort!
I really loved the art and visuals of this game! So good and well drawn.
The story, even if its short, is well written. I laughed at the constantly changed job title 🤣
The gameplay itself might not be the strongest point, as it is simply walking around and avoiding people. I do believe the art and story make up for that a bit though.
This game is a quite nice and quick "oops" story and I loved that. Amazing effort all 3 of you!
Hello guys! Im having a bit of trouble, I submitted my game but then removed the submission and resubmitted it as I wanted to change something. It currently doesnt show on the submissions tab when I go on it, anyone had this issue? or atleast can you see if it is there (the name is "Going For A Walk").
you don't have to play it, I just wanna make sure its there.
Would love if you commented on the game feel, art style, ease of understanding, etc. https://archerthethirld.itch.io/gfaw
