Absolutely terrific! I have always been a fan of the manor house murder mystery genre, and this is such a delightful and compelling addition, taking the established tropes and elevating them! I enjoyed this so very much--thank you, and well done to the team as a whole!

Oh, this was a joy to play through! I love mini-mystery stories, and this one was a treat.

The UI animations are very pretty, and I enjoyed going through the little cluebook and reading through all of the clues I gathered while the investigation was going on. The costume ideas for the trio of friends were really fun too, and I loved how each of the three (and of course, our protagonist Grea) had their own distinctive personalities.

Also - I'm very proud to report that I got to the culprit before Grea revealed the answer. Wahoo!

Excellent work all around. Thanks for making this!

This is one of my favorite VNs/KNs I've played recently! It's so polished and well-constructed that I would consider buying it or games like it.

There are so many aspects of this project that I loved, including:

- Sprites: The appealing character designs and all the expressions and animations.
- Backgrounds: There are just SO MANY of them. I liked examining all the little details. There was always something new and interesting to stare at. I enjoyed looking at the rainy portions and even the bloody and gory parts!
- GUI: The shaky text effects and the positioning of the options.
- Music: My favorite tracks were the ones that played during the investigative and reveal portions. The song title being displayed is such a cool feature too.
- Sound design: All the sound effects plus the blips for the text and for instances when something important is mentioned.
- Title: It's unique and extremely apt. I love the logo too.
- Ending: I browsed the comments and saw that a few had gripes about the conclusion. Personally, I liked it. The tone went a bit grimmer than I was expecting, but the darkness made sense to me, given the outcome and the characters involved.

Of course, I was enthralled by the writing (I didn't spot a single typo!) and the murder mystery itself. I appreciated the clue system and the reminders to try and solve the mystery for ourselves. Regarding the reveal, I figured out the broader mystery but not the specifics. The culprit was, in fact, the one I LEAST suspected. I think I focused too much on my inventory of clues and neglected to consider that subtler tells were being planted right from the beginning.

The reaper lore was super interesting. Grea's personality was consistently engaging. It was a clever choice to portray her POV for this kind of story. Due to the nature of her work, it made sense that she wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty and wasn't prone to attachment. Overall, this world you've created has so much potential, and I'd love to see more!

This was a great mystery game! It feels incredibly polished and complete, which is impressive given that it’s also ~2hrs long!

The UI is so well-designed, and the level of polish really sets it apart from vanilla renpy UI. The “now playing” music tab was a great touch for accessibility - it would be awesome if that was something you could toggle on/off in the options menu.

The story was really interesting, and the Clues tab was a great option to help track evidence and build theories. I didn’t figure everything out, but the majority of the reveal felt like something the player could have pieced together, which is nice. I agree with a couple other comments that the pacing and tone of the very end feels a little strange - [POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD] I think you could get away without the last scene back in the house, and keep the fates of those characters a bit more mysterious.

Overall, a great entry with a clever mystery! Very nicely done.

Hi, thank you for playing!

The UI is so well-designed, and the level of polish really sets it apart from vanilla renpy UI.

As the programmer for Reaplaced, I appreciate the kind words! 💗  RavEN, our GUI artist, did a fantastic job making the GUI assets, and we both spent a lot of time crafting and iterating on the UI, so I'm glad that it comes across when playing the game!

The “now playing” music tab was a great touch for accessibility - it would be awesome if that was something you could toggle on/off in the options menu.

Thank you for the feedback! 👏  There is actually an option to toggle the "Now Playing" tab off, but the name for that setting doesn't mention "Now Playing", so I can see now why that connection wasn't so obvious. ^^;  I'll keep that in mind for future (including our upcoming Steam release of Reaplaced), making sure the settings better match up with the labels and text on associated features. 👍

Oh! Not sure how I missed that - that’s really obvious 😅

Haha naw, it's all good - happens to the best of us. :p

And besides, it gave me the idea to use the same image and wording for that setting as the notifications themselves, which IMO looks even cleaner! 💪🎵

It was a fun mystery game! I like how we can read back the clues we gathered and think more about it before the big reveal! I actually did solve who killed the victims even before the reveal, even though I didn't know the exact who www Love the characters and their design, especially Mio's kasa-obake costume eye that moves and has its own expression, it's cute~(´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

Although the mystery itself is good, I didn't particularly fond of the ending. It felt awkward for me, with everything happening but the bad guy still hung around, just like that? Maybe it would be better if the bad guy just escaped or vanished dramatically into the unknown, and then the helplessness the survivors felt could be explored even more.

Really fun game! A solid entry with a lot going for it. I enjoyed the characters, their personalities really showed through the dialog. I would love to see an update to make the resolution more interactive.

What a lovely game.

I really like the UI (it even reminds me of the game Hades which is a game that I also love).
The character designs are great.
The rain effect is well done.

That is a great game and I will buy it day one on steam.
Hope you the best and have a good one.

This one was so much fun! I love the art and the general aesthetic, plus the character designs. Kai is so pretty, dokidoki...

I'm Very Bad at solving mysteries so I didn't even attempt it lol, but it was nice that the game keeps track of all your clues and warns you before the big reveal so you can take some time to think things through if you want.

Since it's a murder mystery which mostly focuses on the mystery part, and it's relatively short, I feel like the characters aren't super super fleshed out even if some characters do wind up with their flesh being torn out lol but it's not necessary. Everybody has a unique, distinctive personality, and I like Grea lot; she's very businesslike but also pretty quippy alongside it. I guess she must enjoy her job a lot haha

The UI is great, the music is fitting and spooky, the number of BGs is impressive, and it's overall very polished! I really enjoyed my time with this; tysm for making it!

Amazing artwork, great mystery and fun characters! I ditto all Studio Lemi says. I enjoyed it very much. Could see potential in Grea returning for other adventures.

This game was such a pleasant surprise! From a lot of other entries that I played this one called my attention right away and had me hooked from the beginning!

The presentation, ease of access, the music and the character sounds and interactions were all on point! Even the mystery was excellently presented.

You gave the audience enough time to get to know the characters and know their motivations and personalities which made me get invested a lot easier into them.

Overall, I have to admit this is a solid entry! Great job!
