Fun and thematic. Absorbing powers to get high scores.
great visuals, weapons and gameplay. i can look at the game screen all day tbh. had some minor issues with the control and game could use some sounds. overall it's a fun game.
Nice idea! The bow weapon was pretty OP (the second I got one, everything became extremely easy and there wasn't the need to use the absorption mechanic anymore) but I definitely loved the idea of absorbing different powers/weapons and then being able to use them.
Thanks for the complements :) ! We were working in a reloading mechanic, that the more you eat the quicker you reload, but we did't finished on time. Also for some reason in the online build the dash is very short compared with the build in the unity editor. Something that we also want to implement is that you could restore and gain extra lives by absorbing enemies, and , at the moment, the dificulty scale by the max numbers of enemies in the screen, but we didn't implemented for them to spwan quicker, so we are looking to add this in fute update's. Thanks for the feedback!
Hey! Congrats on the score! We placed a spwaner spot in the middle of the map because we thought it would be great to catch players of guard! But there is a bug in the game that one arrow from the archer will kill you instantly, so combine the two situations and it can be frustrading. Glad you liked the game :)
What a fun concept and what lovely graphics!
I would really change the controls:
instead of pressing space, press right mouse key to absorb.
I find it impossible to use arrow keys and space bar at the same time with one hand, while using the mouse with other.
The idea of absorbing the enemies abilities was cool, but the controls were a bit wonky. I think ti would be better to turn off rotations and just have the weapons rotate. A neat submittion and a cool idea!
Nice game, I like the art and also the idea of absorbing the abilities of your enemies!
