Incredibly unique aesthetic vision delivered through the title and cutscene arts. The story adds weight to the already interesting mechanics. I do wish the in game art was as captivating as those first scenes, but that would have been a tall order! No noticeable bugs in my playthroughs left me with a tight nit, concise experience that doesn't let down in aesthetic or gameplay!

I found myself engaged with the story. I also thought the gameplay was very fun! Graphics were very good and I especially liked the final boss art! The music was driving which really suited this game. As a sound designer, I just wish I heard a bit more sound effects from this amazing game.

Awesome work!!

Very original concept ! I love the art style and the setting of the game, it looks great. Thank you for putting the hitbox on the sprite too :P

It took me a couple of tries to understand properly how the game works and how it controls (with the weapon switching and bullet absorbing). I struggled a bit with the parry, I felt like the timing to absorb the bullet was a big tight when the screen gets filled with stuff, I found myself getting hit a lot.
I'd love to see how it would feel if the parry would last a little longer on screen before retracting, to give us time to absorb more bullets and shield ourselves when in danger. Just a brainstorm idea!

It would probably feel great with gamepad controls too!

Good job on the submission I liked your game!

The art and music is amazing. I've never seen a mechanic like this, I liked.

Very nice shmup! I like the absorb-bullet mechanic, never seen anything like it before. The soundtrack never gets stale, and the sound effects are on point. The part where you have to dodge the walls of electric-looking thingies reminds me of Tyrian and Balloon Fight.

The parry mechanic is great, it has a decent range and you can't just spam it. Nice readability, even with all the bullets flying through the screen. Very solid game, congrats!

Had a great time playing this game, the story cutscene looks beautiful so does the rest of the game, took me a while to learn the mechanics and died a lot but once i got the hang of it had a good time, having to mostly depend on a close range attack and absorbing bullets in what it looks to be a bullet hell game like Touhou is a fresh twist, the music is nice too, great game overall, i can see myself playing it from time to time.

I liked really much. You put a story (for who is interested) and a twist of the usual formula by absorbing bullets instead destroying and waiting for the orb, also the game have a good difficulty. Not too hard, not too easy. I don’t really liked the palette. I would have preferred a bit more darker palette instead on a light one, I think it would have fitted more, but maybe it’s just me. Good job everyone!

Controls are tight and the parry mechanic is a really cool idea I haven't seen in other shoot'em ups. Making the parry restore ammo gives the player the interesting decision of killing enemies or letting them live to gather ammo. Overall a solid game!
