A really atmospheric game about traveling through the limbo between two worlds. The art is gorgeously presented with an eerie, sickly green atmosphere accompanied by distant music and echo-ey footsteps. Great job on the presentation!

Nice eerie atmosphere, the music and graphics really tie it all together.

The gameplay felt a bit unfair for me though. The hands grabbed the souls even though they appeared far enough away. Also, I wish the souls would follow the trajectory of the closest one (unless it's on purpose). In some places the passage appeared too narrow for me, and it would allow to not worry about somebody getting caught at the end of the soul-train (I don't have a fancy way to control them anyways).

Loved the overall experience, terrific job!

Pretty neat game idea!

The artstyle's gorgeous, and the presentation is top notch!

... but it's not really all that fun, though.

You don't really feel you're in control of the prisoners you have, if they get captured you just can't do anything about it.

Interesting concept, but I wasn't sure as to whether I was supposed to get all my souls captured or not? It looks stunning though, would love to see more.

Souls are a great game topic, eh? ;D

I thought this looked and sounded really really cool, but the gameplay itself is quite slow, and I didn't really feel like I was in control of whether my prisoners get captured or not.

Great game though, particularly enjoy the atmosphere and audio!

This definitely has a unique ominous vibe. I just wish there was more to it. The character moves abysmally slow and I can't always tell if he's moving or stuck on something. I did manage to get to where the boy falls into the well. But other than walking around and letting the people get taken by the creepy hands, I didn't see anything else to do.

We had plans to add some more mechanics and functionality, but unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to do so. I'm glad you liked the atmosphere created :D And we'll look into increasing the rapidity of gameplay. Although we leaned into this style knowing that it would give rise to a slower pace of proceedings.

An interesting concept. The collision on the prisoners felt like it was a bit too large given how uncooperative they were in following the player, and at one point they just stopped moving altogether due to one guy being grabbed by a hand (but not pulled away from the rest). I kept walking without the characters after they got stuck and got to the area for the next level (I think), but then my mouse didn't show up, so I couldn't press either of the buttons to progress further. :/

I can only apologise for the myriad of bugs that have seemed to make their home in the game. The issues are all known and a fixed build was ready just as the submissions to the jam closed! Its a shame that these impacted your experience of what we made, hopefully in the future it'll be more polished and you can revisit it then :D

This atmosphere is just so insane! I did something like this by my self to I know how important it is for such a game and you did a fantastic job.

A very cool idea and the sound design with this graphical style just really makes me want to play it even more. I like that you event did these very small things of details, like that the chain sounds stop when there is only one left so no chains are there anymore.

The only thing is that at the beginning I was not sure what to do so maybe a little tutorial would have been nice but after a time I figured it out so its not that big of a deal.

All in all a very succeeded game and again the atmosphere with these shadows...definitely nice work!

Interesting game concept. Like the art style. Keep up the great work

Very nice aesthetics! It really sold the atmosphere. It felt a little slow, and I though the collision box for the “green people” were a little bit to strict. Otherwise I though of it as a neat experience.

Unfortunately, I bugged the game at the second level. When I walked into a hand and out again, the followers stopped following me, so I could not progress further.

loved the atmosphere. gameplay is a bit slow but that is to be expected from this type of game. overall a nice little spook
