How Long Do We Have To Make the Game

Are we required to create all the game assets (I'm referring to Art and Music) during the jam? Or can we use assets we have the legal rights to use? I'm rubbish at music and sound effects and have no real interest in making them

my game is a physical card game. am i in  the wrong place?

I don't really know, but I'm guessing most teams here will be mix of jacks of all/many trades. A good thing.

But hypothetically, if a team was composed entirely of specialists, what skills are necessary to make a strong team, at minimum size, in your opinion?

can I use cinemachine from unity or do I have to make an entire system from the ground up?

It says that we have to make everything ourselves including code but Brackeys has a pretty good character controller script. Will it break the rules if I use it? I am probably going to edit it a bit if that helps.
