How does the game fit the theme?
What's a stranger place than a black hole? :)
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
all done during the jam except the music (1 song cc0, 1 song by me several years ago), font credit in-game

Very cool game! The graphics and sounds are neat and the ship movement feel gerat!
I dont trully understand what I am suposed to do; I dont find challenge into following the arrow to the black hole. But then I found 2 ships that give me dialoge when I get close to them but I feel like it close abruptly and idk what I have to do with that.
I find the story narrated very entertained and cool too!
The planets "singing" really put me in the mood for space exploration. Graphics are great, the UI is great which many (me) don't bother with during gamejams. Gotta see that roguelite mode now that you teased it. Congrats rated gg for good game.
I loved the sound design for this! Felt really spooky and fitting for outer space.
The flight took some getting use to - it's seem that you steer with the mouse, but can accelerate with LMB or W, which confused me a bit. The camera moved to the back instead of forward when flying. The missions and some of the dialog didn't really work for me, and also the ending.
It was nice to fly around the planets, and this one can be a base for a fun space sim
I appreciate that, Atsh.
Yes, I wish I had not started adding the missions, etc, to the UI because they don't work at all yet. I shouldn't have tried for that last push :) I do plan to finish this once I find the time.
The flight mechanic is pretty nice, with the audio I felt like flying in space! Dialogue/trading were not working for me but foresaw a good idea within the concept.
Had fun, great entry and keep going!
Thanks a bunch! Yeah, the trading should have been hidden before I submitted, my bad. It doesn't work whatsoever. I appreciate you taking the time, Barnabe
Visuals were great! It's clear you had a lot of ideas for this game that you didn't manage to fit in, but it was fun nonetheless. The spaceship felt especially fun to control. I wish you got to add some more interactions since every one I tried to do didn't seem to work and the ending crashed on me, but I hope you finish the vision you wanted for the game!
that's very kind, thank you. yeah, none of them work and i really shouldn't have put them in yet :) i love this little thing and i definitely plan on 'finishing' it, whatever that ends up meaning :)
Zooming around with the spaceship sure were fun and the visuals were truly gorgeous! <3
I appreciate that, I'm really proud of how the graphics turned out (I went against my own normal advice and focused on graphics before gameplay! lol)
Vroom Vroom spaceship go fast! I feel like I missed a lot, kinda just click the arrow on the side of the screen and get 10 points. Looks great, maybe better signaling about what I am doing though
I shouldn't have even put that 'roguelite' stuff in the menu yet, it barely works. What you saw is basically what there is to do, don't worry :) I appreciate you playing.
I liked what I played, but I don't know if what I played is what you intended. I pretty much b-lined to each wormhole, and I only found one side quest. I liked the story bits between each jump, but it definitely felt like I was missing something in doing that. And, as a physics guy, I found myself wishing the ship would drift longer when you let go of the thruster.
I shouldn't have even put the other stuff in the ui/ menu yet, it barely works. What you saw is basically what there is to do, don't worry :) I appreciate you playing.
re: the thruster drift, I felt that way as well from the start but never quite got to it before the jam deadline. If you approach the wormholes carefully you can play with the 'gravity' there and I find it kind of fun :)
What a high octane ship! The captains logs were a very nice touch
Thanks so much Krogoth!
The parallax effect looks really great.
wish i could see in front of the space ship if i boost fully around the space.
atmosphere is great. maybe feels a bit like a swamp.
I appreciate you playing and leaving feedback. thank you. i agree, i didn't like the ship going off-screen at full speed either, but i fixed other things first and didn't get to that in time :)
I love the atmosphere in space, the stars, the movement – it's really beautiful work.
Thank you so much, that's gratifying to hear! I spent so long on the stars, etc, that I barely got to make a game out of it! Haha
