I’m usually bad at rhythm games but this one drew me in with its gorgeous art and hauntingly emotional story.
this was so fun! im actually really bad at rythm games but i liked this one a lot! the art style is beautiful and slowly painting the picture to what actually happened was nauseating, in a good way!!
I havent seen a lot of rhythm games this jam!! this one was really fun. I looove the art style and great job on the music!
It's really cool that the story is inspired by a real person! There were a few confusing moments in the game, but nothing serious. (Also the photos gave me a few laughs)
Loved the art and music rhythm aspect to remember things. Great work!
The photos are a very fun addition, glad to see you had fun making this
The layout of the house got kinda confusing but I got the hang of it, like sometimes you go into a room and you spawn in the middle.
Love the music, I'm so bad at rhythm games but I loved this one, music is awesome + I love how you remember using music, so unique.
Thanks! This is really important feedback! The middle spawn was a thing I added as fast solution to a problem where the player would immediately be sent back the room they came from while holding the same button they came in with. This will be on my fixing list for the post-jam final version!
Love to hear it, also you did a really good job on everything giving the time constraint + would love to see this turn into a full game.
+ It's funny the game's .exe is called Jamsepticeye Project ( that happened with us too )
I'm the musician so it's amazing to hear you like my music!!
bro cooked!!
Fantastic music! Art is also very good! Rhythm games were solid and the story, even if short, makes you feel things. Great job!
The music is so good... Probably the best in the jam!
That means so much!!! Glad you liked my music!! Gonna see if I can put it in the jam discord if ppl want the files for the songs without playing the mini game!
The artistic aesthetic & musical direction for this are very cool!
I did encounter some layering issues, but nothing that broke the game! Nicely done!
Thanks! Due to being short on time we ended up with some glitches that will be fixed for the post-jam version. I hope you enjoyed the game!
Totally understandable! There's a lot more we wanted to do too, definitely get that. And yes, the layering issues were not enough to detract from my enjoyment.
Usually I'm terrible at these games, but while it can pose a challenge, it's not unforgiving and that's what I love about it. The music is top notch and honestly I could see myself listening to on the regular, especially while working. It's beautiful. The artwork itself is gorgeous. Great job devs!
Thank you!! I hope our sound designer Weaver sees this!
As the musician, that means the world to me. I could probably send you the files for the songs on ducky Devs discord if you would like!!
YES PLS THATS SO SWEET OF YOU TO OFFER! 💙🫶
What's Ur discord?
Unknown Hermit! If you're in the discord feel free to tag me. Im the one with the cat picture that looks like its wearing a blue drawn in wig 🤣💙
absolutely amazing, the tie minigame was hard. loved the piano song
As the musician, that means a lot!!! Thanks so much!!!
Wow — this really hits the feels. The visuals, art, and storytelling are gorgeous, and the game bring something emotional and unique.

Thank you so much for your time playing our game ♥
I will definitely check your game out -- as I am attempting to do with everyone that comments/rates our game. I hope you had as much fun working on your project as we did with ours!
Stunning!
a lovely game with a VERY HEARTFELT music and story that almost made me cry, the piano mechanics were incredible, and the animations are on point. i see myself playing this game again :DD
Thank you for playing our game! If you´re interested in waiting before playing again: We´re working on improving some of the game's contents/bugs.
Great job on the game! I adore the stylization! The mechanics tend to be a little wonky, as it becomes unclear which objects have collision and which dont, as well as the ZXC being YXC. The music games felt very off-beat and not connected to the music at all at times, though im not sure why that is. Movement of characters reminded me of movie star planet at times in the best way possible! Artistically very well done
Thank you so much for playing our game! I understand the ZXC being YXC issue very well, since we probably have the same QWERTZ layout. I believe our programmers have the QWERTY layout though. I also believe the person that worked on the rhythm section placed the notes by hand. We plan on improving some of the concerns you have though -- in our post-jam update. So if you want to play the game after, we'd be honored to have you back.
Great game, Nice work on the Music and Visuals. Good job.
Great looking game and music was wonderful. Good job!
Loved this game, the visuals and music are incredible! Would love to see the notes align better with the music, but can't wait to see more of it!
Beautiful game with really nice visuals and small details such as the character's hair animating while they were walking! Loved the music pieces, and loved that it was a tribute of sorts - my only feedback was that I think the rhythm game parts could have more polished syncing or offsetting if that is something you guys would want to work on!
This was an interesting game, I love the visuals and the overall feel of the game, The Music as really nice and love the vibe of the game. There were few collision issues but nothing huge.
