Thank you so much for the suggestion!! I’ll try it first thing in the morning!

Thank you so much for recognizing the theme adaptation! And as the one who illustrated the cover and whisp faces, I’m honored! Our vfx artist did a great job implementing them in the game:D

What a huge compliment!! Thank you!

Thank you for the kind words and for playing our game!

the game was far too beefy for my laptop to run so i requested my friend to stream it in private and when she found the first mechanic the entire group went “OOOOOOHHHHH”, very cool implementation of the theme in the mechanics and visually its also amazing! She experienced a lot of sliding in parts where the PC ragdolls which had her having to replay that part abt 6 times which was unfortunate. Really well made and huge for a jam game! Great job!

So underrated wahhh! Its unfortunate that itch flagged the game as suspicious, its a lovely game! Really great style and loved all the interactable items! I didnt quite understand the connection to the theme but otherwise this was a great play! Great job!

That art style is so captivating! The simplicity of the mechanics is very lovely, I would suggest adding missions or achievements for continue gameplay. Great work!

unfortunately i cant download the game without windows going no! any suggestions?

Very cute concept!! My friend and i were able to giggle lots abt the game! I found it a little difficult to distinguish the good houses from the bad ones but enjoyed it nontheless! Great job!

Very lovely concept and game! It worked out just fine with the mechanics and the art is beautiful! The motion blur made me slightly nauseous so i suggest tuning that down a bit

Great concept! I liked the art, color palette and layout, but unfortunately it wouldnt let me flip the patties without constantly repeating the sequence so i couldnt get any further in the game:(

Really cool concept! The game was too beefy for my laptop so my friend streamed it for me in private. Visually it was very nice, but it was very difficult to distinguish and separate each character without proper introductions. Great job on the game!

The game was too beefy for my laptop to take so i made my friend play it in a private stream, and we loved it!! She was very immersed. The game design was incredible, very tense concept, and we loooved the sound design. The only suggestion would be to look if theres a bug on the text boxes as she couldnt skip it at times. Great job! Wish we could pet the puppy.

tutorialization is always a crucial aspect, but dw, most jam games, even our own (lol) tend to lack in that. You could help the player by adding an “objective” tab or a hint section in the pause menu!

What a cool concept! Majority of ppl made horror games with deep themes so i adore the change of pace here, it really stands out! The game mechanics worked very well and i found myself trying to work fast and multitasking just for fun! The puddle cleaning wasnt as smooth as the body one, otherwise no mechanic suggestions! Great job!

no issue in using presets or premade assets! the ui worked and the mechanics were smooth, that matters the most:D

Ill play your game after playing all the UE games here in the thread. I suggest maybe starting a unity game thread! I did see a few that share your sentiment. Yea ppl just tend to be a little lazy when rating jam games, and with more than 1k games to play i cant blame them

Very great visuals for that concept. Though I saw an almost identical tab UI on other games, is that a preset UI? I would have loved more tutorialization and guidance, the environment felt a little too big for the game contents but I adored it nontheless. Great job!

I agree with all previous feedback! Its a very great and eerie concept! Personally am a bit sensitive to medical topics in games so i didnt play through the entire game, but i highly enjoyed the visuals! I would suggest making usable items stand out more in contrast, as all the similiar values tend to blend into eachother at times. Great job, really well done!

Great job on the game! I adore the stylization! The mechanics tend to be a little wonky, as it becomes unclear which objects have collision and which dont, as well as the ZXC being YXC. The music games felt very off-beat and not connected to the music at all at times, though im not sure why that is. Movement of characters reminded me of movie star planet at times in the best way possible! Artistically very well done

Keep sending games here! I’ll be heading to bed as my laptop was dying from all the downloads anyway. Gonna continue tmrw!

What an awesome game!! I would have wished that the diary could always be used for showing objectives but after the first “death” it stopped updating on my end, potentially a bug. Incredible atmosphere and i loved the VA work! great job!

Unfortunately windows is really trying to stop me from opening the game as it detects a virus:((( i will try again tmrw because the concept sounds so lovely!

youve gotta be kidding me. this is an absolute banger. THE WRITING??? WHOA. The way it cut between scenes. Im so mesmerized. If you need any creative help for the full game such as UI or other, feel free to reach out anytime. I know a gem when i see it.

holy shit you should have seen my face upon seeing that you made the game in less than two days. what. i couldnt stop giggling over the sound effects and the game was entirely working and playable im so deeply impressed. loved it genuinely. only suggestion for the future: more levels!!

LETS GOOO https://itch.io/jam/jamsepticeye/rate/3935716

This is the first jam in which I was in a team using UE5, and I find it sad to see that other UE games that were submitted tend to get less traction due to having to download them, therefore if you have made a game that requires downloading, toss it into the comments and I will go ahead and rate it!

Be aware that I will give both positive feedback and constructive criticism:D

In case you are interested, here is the game my lovely team made: Ghostly Gumshoe

Love the concept of being held hostage by death! Cool intro and environment. The effect in ghost mode turned out to be a little too strong for me to clearly see anything so I couldnt manage getting out of the mansion but that may well be a skill issue. Great job!

Ohh brutal concept. I enjoyed the controls, very intuitive, and i didnt see any bugs! The VA work was a little off-throwing and i would have requested more theme connections at times. Nevertheless, great project!
