beautiful game! everything worked so well together, the music, the slightly puzzly movement with exploration and the art. also love how simple the parallax effect seems but added so much!
I love the artstyle, and the music is really cute. Having all your actions cycle through 1 button is a pretty unique idea for a game, and the story with all the characters is adorable. Amazing work!
Simple art but everything is so cute and the expressions on the characters show so well. The music and sound effect is super adorable too. My favourite animation is the fly and gallop. This is as much I could collect, I will come back and try again.

Very simple yet engaging game, super interesting to have all the controls tied to one key.
The song was amazing, wish there was a bit more to it as it loops quite a few times while collecting, but it is catchy!
Enjoyed meeting and making friends as well!
Also, who knew learning how to turn/jump/fly was so easy? Just give yourself permission! (It's not cheating)

It was fun to play this silly game. The "upgrades" that provided more freedom of movement were cleverly designed. Especially since everything was done with one button. Also the music is super cute.

OMG I absolutely love your take on the theme ! Each time I wondered why I couldn't do an action, not even a minute after I encounter a solution ! (your level design is amazing) Love the art style as well, thats so dreamy and silly at the same time !! Well done I loved it !!
Thank you! I didn't have a lot of time to build the level so I dug deeper into my brainpower than I've done in a long time, to make it happen. And my brain was mush after the jam. So I'm glad it's appreciated!

okay so this game rlly made me smile!! the song is soo sweet n kinda cursed in a sugary way ! the interactions with the characters n the way the mechanics r introduced is so funny n cute! its also super interesting + cursed n challenging 2 have just the spacebar as the control!! the experience of control progression is simultaneously exciting and like a lovely impending dread ^.^""""""""""" i have no idea if i finished the current game, but i flew around a load + enjoyed the overall experience <3 the sprint animation is wild aha, v charming visuals ~ would def love to see this concept more developed!

I like your description of lovely impending dread for the increasing abilities. Usually in metroidvania-style games getting more abilities is only a good thing, but with the one-button control it's both a blessing and curse, and that's a feeling I want to dig deeper into if I develop this more.
this game is so qt!!I love the art and the song! the one button mechanic tripped me up at times, but it was manageable. The full on sprinting animation was amazing.

This game was a pleasant surprise! The charm and personality really oozes from it and I just love it. The one button really adds to that charm and it just works. If it was your standard platformer controls it just wouldn't be the same. It was tricky at first to understand but was totally fine with it once I got to used to it. Was able to reach the end at the horseshoe kingdom with no issues.
The music, art, and vibes overall was great (:

Every minute spent playing just got better and better. Silly looking unicorn, incredible song that matches perfectly, and the magical friends! The one button mechanic was a good challenge, it tripped me up but I never felt like I couldn't do it.
I love to hear that it kept getting better! The song was the first thing I came up with for this jam, which inspired the rest of the game :)

Just gave it a listen and you're right! They've both got that classic I-VI-IV-V chord pattern, on piano with a high female voice, but then add in that the first grammatical phrase of each ends in the word "day" and it's a little uncanny. Maybe this is a sign that I should play that game :)
