Great little village with a problem module here. I really liked that the players may find themselves sympathising with Mira and begin to suspect the villagers are not so innocent after all.

Also I think I recognise the map from my very first adventure over on dmsguild, is it Dyson Logos? Cool to see it again here if so!

Yep. I credit Dyson Logos in the text of the module. It's a solid village map.
And yeah, I want Mira to be semi-sympathetic. Possibly even encountering and helping the PCs while they are on the road.

Loved everything about this one; the scapegoated Alchemist, the vengeful Witch, the Undead Warlord- so much going on, and none of it distracting nor taking space away from the rest. Phenomenal job!

Also, of course, the great cover. With this title there really wasn’t any other public domain option, was there? It’s perfect.

When the world gives you a bone harp you have to use it!

Lots of interwoven character motivations at play for players to unravel. I love the possibility of a skeleton army being raised by the bone harp. Also, that's real?? Yikes! Great work!

Great mystery adventure! I like the timeline you included to keep things moving in the background as the party tries to figure out what's going on.

There's an old TSR module that uses a timeline I always wanted to run but never did. It was an inspiration: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avengers_in_Lankhmar

Very well written and laid out! I especially like the catch of playing the bone harp haha

It feels like it would be really easy to run! I really like the rumors table.

Very Solomon Kane.

Beautiful scenario that could go either way. Looks like it would run great.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! One fun way of running it would be for the players to encounter Mira on the road in some positive way before they realize she is attacking the village. Give them an even thornier moral dilemma.

Oh you've done a great job of really establishing the NPC's wants/needs/emotions! I feel like I really know the dynamic of the town and want to explore it more!
