Great! The design of interruptions make player uncomfortable, but it brings a fresh challenge.
I didn’t realize this was a horror game—maybe I was winning too smoothly? :)

How does your game fit the theme?
A play on the OG looping game, this is a game about repeating looping sequences and breaking them, with an extra hidden narrative about loops and breaking them. Loops and loops breaking EVERYWHERE HAHAHAHAHELPME

As an artist I have to say I absolutely LOVE the visual art and music in this game! Good job:3
Dude... This is so unsettling in the BEST way. Really loved the challenge of having to remember where I was in the sequence before I got interrupted. Plus, the voice acting and SFX were really well done. The crunchy feel of them helped give the game a more haunting feel. Well done!
Horror isn't normally my thing, but I love the vibes for this!

The vibes, atmosphere, & narrative really pull me in. Simple mechanic but creative implementation, really I didn't sign up for a horror game. Congratulation for making me afraid of making a mistake coz I was expecting a jump-scare, LOL. Well done!
Neat game! The idea of a cursed Simon Says puzzle is not something I expected to see in this jam for sure.
Absolutely loved the vibe: the distractions, voice acting, and atmosphere were so well done!
What a superb experience :D
I LOVED this entry. I'm a sucker for horror games like these, especially when older items are concerned. The fact that you also had voice acting is impressive.
Well, time to go spread news of this game for no particular reason ;)
The vibe of the game is awesome, the little changes in environment, while you are looking somewhere else is such a good addiction! Very, very solid game.
Love the creativity here. A simple game with a twist. Without spoiling anything, I gotta say that I love the ending of the story mode. So cool! Great job.
Call me simon because I say this game is pretty cool. 10/10 really unique and loved the atmosphere- especially the startup sounds.
Oh my God, I had a blast! The ramping up music and background changes work so incredibly well to setup the tense atmosphere and make us morbidly curious. 5/5, amazing work!
Funny little Daniel Mullins-style game. The ambition is impressive, there's 2D art, 3D art, and voice-acted dialogue here. had a great time with the story mode. I tried the endless mode. I don't think this game is as fun when you've already seen the gags, so I'm not sure an endless mode & high score leaderboard is warranted here, but I'm still impressed they're there at all!
Glad you had fun with the story mode! The team put a lot of love into it.
I think (or at least I hope) some players will enjoy Endless Mode too—but I agree, it might feel a bit repetitive right now (insert loop pun here). Adding more types of distractions would probably improve the overall experience.
Such an interesting take on Simon Says! I have the worst short-term memory so I'll probably play this every so often to help me out a little haha. Cool, consistent vibe too!
holy moly, this game is so well thought out. i'm surprised how much was put together in the short time frame, and the main menu being interactable was an awesome surprise. the artwork, SFX, and voice acting was amazing too, and i loved the little distractions embedded throughout the game. i really loved the narrative direction, i wish we could see more of it-- for example, the background got bloodier and the game got more ominous so i thought my character would be affected as well--but this game is super amazing given how little time we had. there are so many ways to expand this game-- if more levels were to be created, i can imagine colors swapping positions to make it harder. great work team!!
Whoa—what a comment! 😄 I'm so glad people are enjoying the Main Menu—it really means a lot!
You might be surprised to know that nearly 80% of the artwork was created in the final 22 hours of the jam. But noone would never guess it looking at the final result!
Our audio team worked hand-in-hand with our narrative designer, and their tight collaboration made everything feel cohesive and rich.
I completely agree—adding VFX overlays and more dynamic character progression would definitely elevate the experience.
Sadly, the color swapping distraction caused a cascade of bugs and didn’t make it into the final build.
Seriously, thank you so much for your incredible comment and thoughtful feedback!
insane narrative direction on this!! i absolutely love the writing, the storytelling, and how this is a great twist on simon says. yall really nailed the atmosphere on this one (i was very unnerved throughout the whole thing haha). really great work on this <3!!
