Love the art and aesthetic of it. Gameplay is good and straightforward! I guess the only thing I would add is that I would like to see more combat mechanics since it can become a little repetitive, but I know this is a jam haha again, AWESOME graphics!

Its very fun, a bunch of the comments were talking about Expedition 33 but I havent actually played it, but based on trailers it looks very similar, the first two levels were pretty easy for me but I spent like 20 minutes on the last one because of the slam attack and the spin attack, very fun though, and the use of the limitation was very unique, it took me an embarassingly long time to actually figure out how the health bar worked
The mechanics work well and I like the visual style.
It's Expedition 33 if the main character was a chef, but it lacks a french baguette!
Very fun. I haven't played Expedition 33 but I think this is my sign to buy it while it's still on sale
This game is awesome! I had so much fun and haven't quite yet beaten the final mode. This is going to be my new obsession until I have! I love the art style, and the music and theme complement it quite nicely!
Did you make this solo? It is incredibly polished and fun. The art style is very unique, even the menus, it felt a bit like the persona games which I always thought were very aesthetic. The time mechanic, the parry and combat system altogether worked surprisingly well, I enjoyed it to the last moment. The parry mechanic mixed with the turn based combat is very unique and fun. It was definitely addictive. Probably a winner of the Jam in my eyes, not gonna lie.
Definitely my favorite interpretation of the limitation so far, very interesting! Having a sort of shared health bar between you and the boss is really interesting, it reminds me a bit of Furi with how that game lets you recover a life when you take one of the boss's lives.
Any game that has parry is a good game, easy to understand and play. I like it
amazing work with the parry mechanic, i loved the slowed down sound effects and abstract art style. more food related imagery would've been cool!
This one was really all around enjoyable: I personally really liked the art, loved the concept, and was enjoying the parrying aspect of the gameplay (though I never found myself using anything except risky slash). Good work!
Very hard to understand what was happening at first with the graphics, consider putting more time into background art next time. Parrying feels satisfying and the gameplay itself was quite easy to understand. Ui could also do with a bit of polish as well. Decent game though. Good job :)
