Really polished submission, loved it. The SFX could use the small trick of randomizing the pitch a little bit to not be super mechanical, but, besides that, it's a super impressive and fun game. Loved the game names too!

Awesome stuff. We had a similar approach but I gotta say your parodies of real-world games are top notch! Well done both in concept and visuals!
Fun idea, I lost very quickly the first time because I didn't realize your wallet doesn't refill each day.. but that just made me want to play again
The graphics and music made this game have such a unique vibe, the gameplay was simple but in a really fun way, it felt engaging and there was new things being introduced which helped keep you engaged. The whole thing with people peer pressuring you to get the game is incredibly realistic LMAO. I bet you had a lot of fun coming up with the game titles, I loved the names a lot!
Dude those moments are so perfect in jams, at least the "mean" words came from a place of love! It genuinely sounds like a lot of fun and I'm glad you guys had so much fun with it, you really managed to make something which was super unique and so sick imo! And thank you so much! I really appreciate it :)
Great graphics and music! I liked the unique concept of a Steam summer sale simulator!
I also like how the difficulty ramps up with realistic problems such as peer pressure starting on day 3
Great game!! I outright laughed when I saw "Your wishlist is full but your heart is empty" :) I enjoyed it!
Love the humour this game goes for with the parody titles and descriptions. The art really pops, mabye even a bit too much as it took me a bit to know what to do at the start. Also absolutely love the music variations (my favorites day 7). Fantastic game, and good job to your team
I have to command the art and music on this one. The visual art were especially a positive shock. Managed to reach the end score of 120ish.
You have a really efficient team and I have to congratulate you.
The parodies and tongue-in-cheek criticisms of these games hand me laughing out loud multiple times. I had some trouble understanding exactly how some of the mechanics worked, especially the modifiers. It was often unclear why certain things were being applied to my score. That said, I did manage to finish the game with a positive score (70).
The art work is absolutely fantastic, some top notch pixel art. I loved the logo, the game capsule arts, and the streamer guy was cute. As for the audio, it was fine. Music got old pretty quickly, unfortunately. And the sound when gaining/losing points after a round was rather obnoxious, especially with a large point change. I'd suggest making the score count up/down faster and just make the beeping not actually tied to the number of points, just have it repeat every like 0.2 seconds or something. And another suggestion for audio, especially for a game as UI-forward as this one, I think some more beeps and boops and clicks when mousing over and clicking on things could make the game more fun to interact with.
Overall, I had a good time with this.
Music composer here! Thank you for your advice and constructive criticism. I made musical variations of the main theme on days 3,4,6 and 7 to not make the music repetitive. Regarding of the sound effects, we'll work on that. Btw, there's a way of accelerating the score counting at the end of each day if you keep the left click pushed!
Thank you for playing and showing interest in our project, we hope you had a good time :)
This game is very fun, the art and music are great, the only complaint i have is that the beginning of the game is very confusing even with the tutorial.
Music composer here, thank you for the kind words! Regarding to the confusing first minutes, our original plan was to introduce a dynamic tutorial but we ran out of time and we ended up writing a splash art with the tutorial. Even with that issue, the player can check the multipliers at any moment by pressing the arrow botton in the gameplay screen! Thanks for your constructive criticism, we listen!
The game is very overwhelming at first since when the sceen pops up there is inforamtion everywhere. Playing a little really helped find out what to do although at some point I lost all my money. I love the idea of the non-trustworthy narrator who is a streamer promoting "bad" games, so real. The art and overall aesthetic is absolutely amazing, both the art and music. Very good work!
Oh this was so nice! Worth checking out for all the amazing pixel art itself. Great idea and implementation of the theme with nice presentation. Love it.
