What a game! this is the only entry that I've tried that m actually sad it's over, it's addictive, you should make it a longer game!, it has so much potential, visually it's amazing, It's not too punishing, allowing you to just restart the current fight instead of all 3 bosses again, the controls are well implemented, and I think everything can be discovered without the need of a longer tutorial, amazing work! I did I small glitch in the last fight, if you rush at the beginning of the round and stand right next to the enemy, the bullets won't harm you, which made the game way easier lol, but even with that I had a blast, congratulations!

Love the game and how the "edge" theme was the integral aspect that players got to constantly tinker with while battling the bosses. Just had a pretty difficult time with the second boss but overall had a great experience!

Love the use and interpretation of the "edge" theme. The boss fights are crazy and chaotic too! Good work!

One of the best takes on the theme of "on the edge" I have seen yet.  Really cool game too. Well done!

Awesome game!!  loved the theme, it was a fun game and great design!  music reminded me of a final fantasy boss battle and the gameplay was challenging and really fun!  Great job!

Check out my game if you get a chance https://itch.io/jam/vimjam2/rate/1200495

Loved the edge mechanic and playing defensively and offensively against bosses. Wish there was more levels but still great nonetheless!

That's a yes for me.

The gameplay with those edges you spawn and then launch + the bullet hell bosses you face, it's a very good combo: you can either play offensively, or build structures to get some cover.

Music is cool, sfx too. I like the graphics of the game, even if your menus could have been better in comparison (the "You Win" screen is sooooo off compared to the rest lol).

Very good entry, congrats to you all.

Very fun to play! Enjoyed trying to figure out the best way to get through all the bullets. Liked balancing attacking with defending.

This was so damn fun to play. I was super confused at first but once I got the idea of the controls it was great, personally found level 2 harder than 3, nothing to complain about on this game I really enjoyed it.

MORE LEVELS PLS

Edit: My brother tried the game out today and found you could cheese the boss by standing on top of him.

Fun and interesting take on the theme for the jam!

Good job!

I really like the whole "bullet hell" atmosphere. Definitely fits the on the edge theme!

This was a great game with exciting music and interesting mechanics, but the second boss was much more confusing and difficult than the first one. The difficulty curve went up way too quickly for me, but apart from that it was really fun and tense

That's what I enjoyed the most! I felt that the first boss was a simple tutorial, the second and third where the actual game :D I do wish it was longer lol

It was a fun change of pace from the other tutorials that drag on! It was very surprising to see the 2nd boss, but I hadn’t fully learned the mechanics first!

Well done on your submission! Great challenge with lots of polish!
