I loved the game! It’s really well made,  the music fit perfectly with the theme, and the blue bear as a reference was simply amazing.

Lovely art! I loved exploring the village and finding costumes. Did wish there was more of it. Maybe more than one costume part for the kids to make the player learn the map could be an idea.  Nice short platforming experience overall.

This game is pretty good. I liked the smooth platform movement. There were lots of details in the graphics which I really enjoyed e.g. "Zebra Removal" or "Used forks". I liked the pixel art and overall concept. I didn't get it why music or SFX are not playing for me. Do I need to adjust any settings??

I jumped onto this one since I enjoyed aksommerville's game in GameDevJS jam :)

Thanks for the review! Sorry to hear the audio didn’t play! Sometimes you have to click the window once to poke the WebAudio permissions, maybe that’s it? What browser and OS are you using?

Hi aksommerville, you are right, we needed to click the game window in the browser two times to get the audio started. I can hear the audio. It's pretty nice and fitting to the game. I am on Firefox 145.0 (64-bit) on Win 11.

Nice concept, music, and level design. Impressive that the team made everything without external assets. I think it would have been nice if  there was a bit more of a puzzle to it, like maybe trading some items or obtaining them in other indirect ways.

Thanks for the review! This is the first full game I have ever programmed, and if we had more time we definitely would have expanded the map and puzzle aspects. But by the last day as the time limit approached, the team chose to focus on bug fixes and polish instead, and didn't get to it. I'll consider updating with more complexity after the voting period.

And thank you for playing :)
